Hotel staff friendly. Rooms ok. Hotel does not provide free drinking water at $200 per night! Tap water is not drinkable.They offer in the room a 28 Soles water bottle (approx. $9) only!!! There is a Jet convenience store across the road, get water bottles for as low as 1.9 Soles.

A first class hotel, which can be expected from a 5 star hotel

I had an awesome experience at this hotel. First off, I got a really good deal on the room price. Breakfast in the morning was pretty good and not too pricey. About $10 USD. It's in a good location to go out walking/exploring in Miraflores. Staff were very helpful. Overall, if I find myself in Lima again, I'll definitely be coming back.

Great location in central Miraflores. Try to get an upgrade to the suites and get access to the top floor with pool, hot tub and restaurant with a view. We decided to stay here on our family Peru tour.

The hotel was very clean and well kept. Staff was polite and answered all questions. They also made great recommendations for shopping and dinning.

We stayed 5 nights at this superb hotel. As a diamond member we received upgraded rooms and lounge access. Location is prime Miraflores on a quiet street with access to excellent restaurants and cafes nearby. Lounge is very good. Try Amaz restaurant downstairs for a memorable meal

Nice hotel on a side street in Miraflores, not too noisy. The sushi bar is amazing with some original fusion sushi rolls.

A true luxury experience. Room was very spacious, clean, excellent bedding as usual at Hilton, variety of top-class amenities, well designed. The area is walkable, though it's a bit of a walk to the Miraflores center. Excellent breakfast with the unusual system of a delicious made-to-order selection and a "buffet on wheels". Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Very comfortable beds, quiet spacious rooms, beautiful hotel and good location. Rooftop pool and facilities well maintained. Excellent food and service at restaurant and room service. Concierge staff always friendly and very helpful. Housekeeping is above average. Improved business center. No complementary water in rooms, only overpriced spring water. They recently changed complimentary coffee and tea maker/selwction to just an espresso machine in rooms, which seemed to be a step down. Personally not pleased with quality of toiletry products offered in bathroom which is inferior to other hotels in same price range.

This Hilton by far has been the best I have stayed in. From the moment myself and my wife came in to the doors we were greater by friendly staff that took excellent care of us for our entire stay. We loved our stay here and recommend it 100%.

Since the entrance is a quite elegant place, with a lot of help from the staff, however it seems to me that it is a little short of space for the events that it carries out, which leads to long queues, people without seats, etc. Even so fully recommended for events, stay or the same inhouse restaurant of this.
