Beautiful hotel. Excellent facilities and services !!!

One of my Norwegian friend stayed in this hotel.
The hotel is quite overpriced in terms of service they provide, it's nowhere a 5 star hotel.
Hotel's WiFi sevice is very poor, visitors can't get access to the internet. My friend ordered a pizza with coke by telephone, he was told to wait for half an hour. As soon as he got his ordered pizza he was little bit disappointed as it was rather small size pizza which he didn't expect and when he asked whether they have bigger or not , the hotel staff denied. The hotel staff was rude, she didn't open his coke and ignored when he asked for an opener. The food provided by the hotel restaurant was the worst pizza that a 5 star hotel can provide.
The nastiest part was that the cheese , meat and toppings of the pizza were stickier than usual and was quite getting separated from the dough with a little effort. Even toppings were undercooked as it was pretty obvious since the dough was literally raw and it seemed that it was a five days old prepared dough and they have just put toppings and microwaved it.
Bottled water were also overpriced , they nearly charge 3-4 times more, so it's recommended to buy bottled water from any nearby stores.
I will not recommend anyone to try any sort of food from this hotel, try local cuisines from nearby restaurants rather than spending more money on stale food .

He is currently not in Peru, he was at Hilton Lima Miraflores in Peru on 23rd November.
I'm not sure when did he leave the hotel.

Comparing to Hiltons of other countries, there seem somethings missing in Hilton in Lima. AlthoughI cannot tell one thing specifically, Hilton in Lima is a little strange.

Rooftop pool welcome. Very nice staff. Too bad the service at the terrace bar is so slow. Perfect location in the heart of Miraflores, near the local gastronomic scene.

Lack of modernity small tv there is no good programming

After a delicious breakfast, I complimented dining server,Amor, on the amazing cucona jam and inquired where I can get it from and came home to a beautiful display of the composing fruit and a jar of the jam itself and a card explaining the origins and acknowledgement of my liking of it. A very touching sentiment Unlike anything I have experienced, being well travelled. Consistent quality hotel! If I wasn t before, I am definitely a loyal Hilton costumer now!

One of the most tops I have ever seen ... but only saw ... expensive with force ... ok, but for those who have.

Although we did not stay in the hotel, we had the privilege of visiting him for a tourism event that took place in his facilities. Really magnificent place where good taste is breathed.

Nice good food ,,, charge the parking unless you are staying or enter any event you have to validate your ticket before leaving with the event to not pay.

Breakfast and room service food is awesome! There is no free bottled water in the room. Lima is not good at water purification facilities, so you have to boil your coffee as bottled water.

Excellent place for meetings and corporate events. Highly recommended.

Very safe, your staff very professional and friendly.
In the bathroom, its jacuzzi, I really liked it.
Too bad I couldn't see the gym.

The hotel is very well located has very good restaurants nearby, all the staff is very friendly, has parking and the pool is very nice overlooking miraflores.

Impeccable service, especially in concierge with Lui; very nice decoration, quiet and cozy area, very good wifi even though it was full! The rooms adequate, clean and comfortable. The elegant salons, with spectacular lamps.

It was a pleasant experience to be in an elegant place and with an excellent service, I felt comfortable and very well entertained

We were in an activation event and it was very well organized, the theme was very novel.

Best of Lima. A must see. Wonderful in every way. I'll be back. I recommend, of course.

Very good hotel surrounded by excellent places to eat and have a nice time

Room was excellent. Bed, pillows and linens excellent. Very good bathroom with amenities and absorbent towels. Location good. Breakfast intimidating, because you do not serve yourself. It does not lift at all, they serve you at the table, but the service is slow. Then order everything at once, the loaves you think you will eat, the cold cuts, all at once, for it is slow indeed. Staff very polite, solicitous and helpful.

Great Hotel! Staff is excellent, very friendly and helpful. Rooms are large and clean with two Queen sized beds that easily sleep four people. They did not try to charge us extra for more than two people in the room like the horrible Hilton in Cuzco. Breakfast was great and the location is very convenient. Check out the rooftop pool and hot tubs!

Nice rooms, sure, the facilities are good, due to my criteria the maid service and breakfast is a format that we do not accommodate, as it is all at the table and that produces delays, otherwise a very good hotel

It is located in a quiet area close to almost everything you need, banks, shops, etc.
Excellent breakfast with Peruvian food is fashionable. Very healthy. There is excellent coffee. Attention is first.
