Hilton Hotel, Mersin Review

While toothbrushes and toothpaste could be found in hostels and cafes, they were not in the room. - Rooms are clean but decoration is old.
-Breakfast service is ok with extra money, this is normal, but at least you can offer a coffee to your hotel customer.
- The receptionist trying to "upgrade" you to another room, in his own words, may be transferring you to the room with a view of the back street (less sea on the side) (fortunately, they did not break our request to change the room, although not the best)
- There is no refrigerator you can use in the room. They designed the refrigerator to be added to your account even when you buy and examine a market refrigerator with a product inside.
-Attention. The chamber attendant can open the door without your consent and tell you that he has come to you once more (even if he opens the door a little and waits). You should have told the room attendant that you had just arrived in the room for 1-2 hours.

A nice quiet place Beautiful sea view with good room service The brushes are simple but a bit old and I did not feel comfortable with two large LG screens in each room; the balcony is a bit small and when you open the door you lose half of its space due to opening out. I did not try food here

This hotel is shame on Hilton brand. Rooms smell and they re old, bathrooms are dirty... and don t even make me start on hotel staff. I highly don t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Good service. Friendly and courteous staff. The rooms and floors seem out of 90 ies. You can tell from how retro some items look. Though the reception and breakfast area by the sea look so modern and nice. Rooms are clean, service is good which matter the most to me.

Perfect servise, smiling workers, pet allowed by hotel. Delicious breakfast, amazing view. If you need a little break in mersin, Hilton is a perfect choice you and your pets. You can bring down your pet and eat your breakfast with your little monster in the garden.

The view is wonderful, the service is nice but the hotel is old and neglected ..

Although the furnishings are very old, the hotel is well-kept. The location is very nice. It is very enjoyable to have breakfast outside and overlook the sea. Go knowing there is no indoor pool. The fitness center is always open.

The best experience ever! This is the second time we come here and we enjoyed it so much. Everything was perfect,they upgraded the hotel to the better and I praise for it. Btw THERE IS HOOKAH!though a bit expensive. we had a puppy with us and they were very coaporative with us they really care about animals just like what they say!. The breakfast was great and the omelets were amazing. Also the staff was great all smiley and respectful. The pool is another story! Pool bar is amazing and having the ability to eat while swimming makes this stay even better. Finally! This hotel is very recommended if you are looking to relax and have fun!

I think it's one of the top 5 city hotels in the country. Maybe the first. Do yourself a favor .. Indulge yourself. Everything is very successful and very enjoyable.

There is great emphasis on 'letting them know what is not satisfactory in their hospitality' - their is a reason why they have to so prominently display that message.

I was a regular customer of this hotel, unfortunately my last visit was disappointing and substandard.
I wish the performance improved to come back as it was

The lobby was very good, the old version of the lobby was not very well renovated The hotel was very good compared to the normal hotels I do not promise to say the standard quality at all hotels in the Hilton hotels I also ordered the burgers for the very good lunches at the hotels very good I think the quality of Nus-et very good I will be criticized there isn't a side of it :) Hilton doesn't leave his business to chance. The view from the balcony was very gorgeous, the pool, massage and wow

Bermal and Sultan at reception were absolutely horrible. No manners!! Brushed us off to see to another guest while we were asking questions because we did not have a reservation. Bermal was flat out rude! I asked about a room and she said nothing was available. But 10 minutes later I was to book through their website without any problems. Other than the horrible reception staff, the room we were given had a bad smell.
Bathroom could use a renovation. Mold on the edges. Very unhappy. Not worth the money. Will never stay here again. Bermal and Sultan could use a few classes in hospitality since they have none!!

When you walk into the lobby, you think I've come to a beautiful place. The room is maintained, 2 people a child, although we come to put everything in one person towels bathrobes shampoo etc all what you think. He wanted an extra bed for the kid. I think some of the employees work and some don't work. The room was also neglected in the bathroom, the doors were swollen, the bottom of the shower was darkened, and a black insect was a long insecticides, so I told the employee to do medication so I could not even say no insects. I think the best place to stay there was frustration. At least look at the rooms and check in first.

another nice Hilton , went there from some vacation. had a good time , service is great, so does the food.

Overlooking the sea, beautiful views, quality service. You can sip your coffee while your child is playing with the sweet turtle in his garden. The rooms are super five stars.

A very good hotel, a fabulous sea location relatively far from the markets, but it is very close to the corniche. The swimming pool is large and clean. The reception staff are good. Breakfast, although the corona is justified for the hotel, but it was somewhat weak. The rooms are excellent and clean. The bed is very comfortable, the cooling is excellent. I enjoyed my stay very much.

I didn't know what I would like to rate but when I went to the mersini I understood that the pool location is superb but the sea does not. I will comment on the dishes etc. I have not yet had breakfast

The staff was amazingly helpful, rooms were a little bit out of fashion but the space and cleaning were great.
I guess most of the rooms have some sea view, which is good. There is an ATM at the entrance and it is quite handy.
Recommend the place!

One of the best 5 stars hotels in the area. Providing a very nice view of the sea and the city at the same time. With a lot of sport and entertainment facilities. Includes a bar and restaurant for dinner and sunset drinks. Live music at night. Prices are a bit more than other similar quality hotels. Very recommended
