Fairly close to the airport, but it's still a bit of a walk to get there. Rooms highly outdated and in need of renovation... Really felt like I had slipped back in time when I walked into the room. Although, everything worked and it was quiet - so I can't complain.

They didnt put the water bottle in the complimentary water area. I rang reception who said they would need to charge if they brought me any, which was nonsense as I should have had some. The bathroom was also unhygienic, so disgusting that I will not go into detail. I submitted a compliant yet they didnt answer on 3 occasions. Avoid

Great hotel for making an overnight connection in London. The hotel is attached to terminal 4 by a LONG covered walkway. It is also a higher priced hotel due to its location, amenities (4 restaurants / bars on site), and room quality.

This is a typical Hilton Hotel with excellent access to Terminal 4. The sky-walk takes you from the terminal to the hotel in about 5 minutes. The rooms are nice and are a little bit small but the modern environment and the business atmosphere compensate that. The shuttle to Terminal 5 is very efficient so if you need to spend a night on a connecting flight you'll find this hotel as a good choice, but try to find a deal because the official prices are high.

One of the few options in LHR where the hotel is actually INSIDE the terminals area. Ideal for T4, internal free train transfer to other terminals. better end of the Hilton scale, with executive lounge and a (small) indoor pool. Friendly staff.

Very convenient to LHR T4, super service (I mean outstanding), and comfortable rooms. Health club is good, plus indoor pool. Had a great time on my layover, and will repeat. Only issue is that they have twin beds, not double., but that's not too bad.

Spacious room and bath, very quick check in and check out. Only downside will be that the minibar in the room seemed a bit too pricey, but it did have a decent selection. Good location for people trying to stay close to LHR. 3 restaurants in the hotel was convenient also.

Well where do I start, was in the restaurant/bar at the start of service, with nobody in, and sat at the table for 20 Min while the waiter sat chatting to the chef. Had to wave like I was a football match before I was served, entered my More

It is an airport hotel so you are likely here because of a flight cancellation or to catch an early flight. Unlike most of the other options at Heathrow, you can actually walk to to Terminal 4 via a covered walkway and get to the other terminals using a free train service.
That alone makes it one of the best options at Heathrow. Rooms are clean and service good, but it is still an airport hotel which is the reason it does not get 5 stars. If you can, take Heathrow Express into London and enjoy the city. If you don t have the time for that and want to stay at the airport, this is one of the best options.

Beds are very good, doesn't beat the Premier Inn's beds in my opinion but still brilliant. Breakfast is great (if you get it included of course) with English breakfast, pastries, cereals and more. Customer Service is perfect, all the staff More

Great hotel, connected to Terminal 4 Heathrow Airport by a covered walkway and well marked (5/10 minute walk). Modern, spacious, equipped with every comfort.
Extremely helpful staff. Breakfast plentiful, varied and of quality.

Not a bad place to sleep on your way somewhere. I had a meeting here which was good with good but not great food. I would recommend it for meetings but a little uninspiring as the meeting rooms were down stair and a bit dark.

Disgusting service here. My boyfriend recently stayed here and he tried to exchange an Australian $100 to pounds I their exchange machine but it gave out nothing. He's been emailing them about what he can do to get it back as he's now back in Australia but they're completely ignoring his emails. They literally stole $100 from him!

Service was good. The rooms are a bit small. The executive lounge was on the ground floor. I went there for the happy hour, and the food choices were so-so. Dollar sized veggie that look like they were frozen. Nothing I would want to eat unless I was desperately starving.

Gym was good for a hotel gym... But super crowded at 7pm. I think they also accept outside gym membership, so I went at peak after work time. Ran for about 30 minutes before I had enough.

Breakfast at the cafe was better than the executive lounge (as a Hilton gold, I get a choice).

Beds were very comfortable. That is the main reason to stay here. You get a good night's sleep!!

Worst "guest assistance" ever!!! I forgot my charger in my room while I was at a 2 days conference in the Hilton Hotel. They could have informed me about it as we stayed in the hotel until 4pm the day I checked out. I called the hotel around 7:40pm the same day to inform them of my forgotten charger. One person asked me to call back within 10 minutes as she needed some times to look for it. When I called back 12 minutes later, a guy reply not nicely that the desk for lost property was closed. That last call was really not customer friendly so I didn't want to call again. I contacted them by chat after the weekend and I had the impression the spokesperson wasn't paying attention as I had to repeat several times the same information. I received an email 4 days after, without any subject so I thought it was a spam!, to inform me that 'nothing was found in the room after you have check out'. I replied to their email that I was 100% sure I left the charger plugged in so they should ask their staff!! And the reply from Guest Assistance was: give me all the details I already gave!!! They are really not Customer Friendly!! This is not a 4* hotel for sure!!! We had diner there, it was cold and dry!!!

The staff and particularly the Concierge Desk at the Hilton TERMINAL 4, HEATHROW AIRPORT, is really caring, awesome and honest. After checking out on the morning of 8 July, the Concierge Desk arranged a cab for me to ride to the airport. When I tried to check in at the airport, my heart sank, because my wallet was missing. I had either dropped it or left it in the cab.
Frantically I called the Concierge Desk at the hotel and asked them to contact the cab driver to check for my wallet.
Well, the Concierge rep really came through. He was able to contact the cab driver, who found my wallet in the back seat. He called me back and arranged for another driver to bring my wallet to me at the airport.
I ended getting my wallet back, with all of it's contents within an hour, and I just made my flight!
I so appreciate the all-out effort the Hilton rep made. He saved me such a headache. I was headed for Bangladesh, and there was no way to get replacement credit cards to me.
He certainly could have made a few calls and left it to me to go back and get the wallet, but instead he took the trouble to get the wallet right back to me at the terminal.
Many Many Thanks!

The service is very good, the luggage is safe to transport, and it has direct access to the airport walkway, but it is not suitable for vacations. It only has an indoor pool and is small, but overall it is a great hotel.

After staying at the Hilton T4 - I was charged three times. Two months later the query has not been resolved, let alone even a single acknowledgment of my emails or messages left via phone. This is not good at all.

I was charged by credit card, debit card and lastly cash - same person, same room.

Can someone please revert back to me.

Its okay rating, which will improve once I get my refund.

Thank you -

Great way to start your holiday at the airport. The pool is very nice, the whole place is extremely modern, everything in the room is so comfortable and lots of dinner choices, the wife was very happy. Connected to the airport which was handy, very friendly staff, will definitely stay again and recommend.

This isn't the greatest hotel experience you'll ever have. What it is though is a very solid, nicely appointed hotel parked right next to Heathrow. The restaurants are very good, if a little pricy. The executive lounge is kind of small, but extremely well appointed and very thorough in their service. The exercise facility, while a bit tucked away, is quite complete. If you're stuck at Heathrow go here. If you're traveling to Heathrow from the UK, I like to go here the night before so that getting to the airport the next day is easy. This place is comfortable and right there. Exactly what I need.
