We rented two bikes for two days. The bike were in nice shape and the rental process was fast and easy. The helmets were good quality and we had a basket and a combo lock included. Overall a great value. We rode all over the island and returned to a couple of places. They allow you to return after hours as long as the bikes are locked to their rack.

Staff was very friendly, & it was easy to reserve kayaks thru the website. Convenient location, we walked from our condo. We had 4 sit in kayaks in good shape. Oars & seats could use a refresh of the pads. Saw some great wildlife like owls, herons, alligators, golfers (LOL). The main loop is a good 1.5 hour session, so be sure to put on sunscreen, take a bottle of water, and get the kids to go to the bathroom before leaving. There are so many canals, we wIll look for new routes to explore next time.
Reserved our bikes over the phone since online it said it needed to be done 24-48 hrs in advance..everything went smooth from reserving to getting them and riding off..I know some of the pictures are mostly of my family but you can still see the bikes we got from here. ..(2) tag along (1) bike w/kiddie cart (1) 26" bike.
Had so much fun learning to surf! The positive encouragement even made the wipe outs fun.The spring waves were just right to learn technique before summer. I will definitely be able to rent a board and cruze the waves on my own next time.
Great service and equipment. We rented two Cannondale light mountain bikes. Not all rental companies have them, but Hilton Head outfitters do. We were stopped three times by people asking where we got those geared bikes. We stayed in Evian easy drop off and end of the week pick up. They supplied us wit two bike locks which came in handy. One morning we looked out to see neighbor checking out our bikes and looking at their beach comber bikes and shaking their heads. We'll definitely come back and rent from them.
This is a great place for all things HHI. Very helpful staff and easy access to get what you need. We did the double kayak rental x3 and is was very easy to book online. Everything was ready when we arrived. Highly recommended
Bikes were fine but be very careful renting from this company. We rented bikes for 4 full days and got just about 3 and a half. They dropped bikes off late one day and picked up early on the last day. Kids were disappointed as looking forward to one more ride before end of vacation. Just know this as there are many other companies to choose from on the island.
Bikes were delivered and picked up without issue at the expected times. I rented a kid's tandem with an adult bike as well as a cart on an adult bike. This was the perfect combo for hauling kids and gear to the beach.
Hilton Head Outfitters could not have made the process any easier. When we arrived at our vacation rental the bikes and dog carts were already there ready to go. Loved that they dropped off and picked up. Our pugs loved riding in the dog carts. Would definitely use them again!
