High stress, High turnover rate, benefits not the greatest, organization lacking, management needs improving, pay is to be desired when considering above mentioned. But hey, if your desperate for a quick job... chances are good, but don't be surprised if your pulled into a room one day before your shift only to be released from your position if you are not meeting their performance goals which change all the time as well as your scripting. And expect an appeal from the company if you file for unemployment and you are determined eligible.

Decent pay. It's nice that you can earn bonuses. Strictly statistics though. If your numbers aren't good, don't be surprised to be fired. 2nd shift hours for the most part. I disliked it. What you learn in training isn't anything compared to the phones. Pretty stressful to have people yelling at you all day. Can't take the stress, don't apply. Turnover rate is ridiculously high. My training class started with 25, when I left 8 weeks into it, there was a total of 5 from my class left.

Call centers by nature are high stress work enviro...

Call centers by nature are high stress work environments. This place is no different. If you are not cut out for this type of work, don't bother.

My biggest issue with this facility is that the turn over rate can be rather high. However, if you do what needs to be done, meet expectations and reach goals...you have pretty much nothing to worry about.
