This hotel is in a perfect location, and has impeccable service. Our room was charming with cute touches like elephant pillows, a working fireplace, and a balcony overlooking the harbor. We loved every minute of our visit
I will recommend White Elephant to everyone who wants to have a luxurious experience at Nantucket. My husband and I went there for a weekend and we were greeted by Carolyn at the front desk. She and the entire staff was very attentive to our needs and made sure that we have wonderful experience. We loved our stay at the residence. I cannot wait to return and enjoy more time at White Elephant.
Nice place to celebrate an anniversary. Accommodations are first class. Waterfront patio offered a nice view of Nantucket harbor. The meals we had there were great but we also were able to sample the Nantucket venues. No need for a car but Inn has transportation and Nantucket is very walkable. The seaplane ride from Boston was cool - great scenery. We were greeted with Champagne and an afternoon tea. Worth every penny.

Purely awesome. Awesome staff, awesome accommodations, awesome beds! Seriously, the staff at the White Elephant is awesome. Our housekeepers, Anna and Chantell, could not have been nicer or more accommodating. Kelly at the front desk and Bettina, the GM pay attention to every detail so you don t have to. Every single staff person earned five stars, every single interaction. Unparalleled service, a perfect balance of class and comfort. Thank you for a great second stay!!!
Really great stay here. Everyone was very pleasant the food was excellent. Everyone who worked here was very accommodating. Definitely stay here if you are thinking of visiting Nantucket!

I surprised my mom for Mother s Day and helped her check Nantucket off her Bucket List......just in time for her 75th bday. We LOVE White Elephant! The reputation precedes it, for good reason. The staff was personable, friendly, incredibly helpful and Island knowledgeable! They don t miss a trick here. Couple and families both have amenities and activities to make your stay delightful. From adorable, well maintained, bikes to ride in island, precious Radio Flyer wagons for the beach and the chance to win the use of a BMW for your morning island adventures, they have everything! The car service proved invaluable for heading in and out of town. The drivers were polite, helpful and interesting to chat with! The Brant Point Grill is exceptional al as well. You need to splurge on the Lobster Bloody Mary and sit on your terrace as the sun rises (or sets) around you. THANK YOU, WHITE ELEPHANT!
