It is a beautiful resort. The shops were very nice and catered to a variety of interests and budgets. Everything is very clean and new. Our room was beautiful and spacious. The staff were fantastic - especially Jackie, who checked us in. It's an easy walk to the rest of Waikiki beach and downtown, with all sorts of restaurants, shops, and a gigantic outdoor shopping mall. The price was definitely a stretch for us, but so worth it.

I ve stayed here with my little family from October 10-20, 2021. The location of the Hilton Hawaiian Village is wonderful - it s right on the Waikiki beach & next to the shopping district. You can find a whole bunch of restaurants near by that are somewhat affordable. The hotel itself has seen better days for sure the carpets are old and stained, the rooms are outdated, the beds not so comfortable. We stayed in a double bed room and the beds are tiny! I wish the staff was more helpful and knowledgeable. There are very little entertainment and ambiance. The resort fee is very high around 50$ a day and you ll need to request for your room to be cleaned up! There are only a few chairs available by the poolside I suggest you wake bright and early to get one! You ll need to spend 80$ for two chairs and an umbrella by the beach. I don t understand why the pools only open at 8:30 am creating a line up of people fighting for a chair by the pool.

Would I go back to Waikiki beach? Absolutely! But I would stay afar from the Hilton Village.

Excellent customer service. Lots of food options mid range great for families. Love the ABC store and small little casual restaurants.Blue water shrimp was the BEST cheap breakfast Cajun shrimp fried potatoes fruit. Their BBQ ribs are to die for and still cheap. Room was in TAPA Tower I rate the room as a 5 out of 5 clean updated balcony was amazing. There are actually 2 ABC stores with fresh fruit drinks and sandwiches. These stores will save you a bunch of your here with family. Husband is disabled and in a chair the housekeeper on our floor 32 held doors for him and was amazing at helping him to enjoy the vacation. We have been here 4 days and have been treated so well. My husband appreciated the staff as they helped him find the ramps to use his chair. Veterans are treated with respect here. Highly recommend to middle class families you will have an amazing time here!

I definitely will go back to the Hilton Grand Vacations Village Resorts! My apartment was spacious, clean and beautiful sight from the balcony day and night. Village restaurants food was excellent everywhere we ate! My favorite was the Japanese Restaurant, my chef prepared an awesome lobster tail, shrimp feast right before my eyes with a flaming volcano made of grilled onions! There is a convenience store within walking distance of all the hotels in the village that has packaged food, snacks and mostly anything you may need. I'd rate it a 10 but 5 is as high as it goes!!

Traveling during Covid times are tough enough for the first experience to be unpleasant/ unwelcoming check-in front desk attendants. I understand there are numerous travelers globaly coming to visit. I expected more cordial responses and clarifications of questions. We were met with an attitude I can only describe as tired and agitated. She seemed frustrated and dismissive when asked something or when providing hotel policies and regulations. On multiple times provisions were requested from room service and improper quantities or toiletries were fulfilled. The hotel is near all the Waikiki shopping and eats.

Very decent hotel, parking garage was a little confusing to begin with but figured that out. A great location with proximity to the beach and shops. Quite a premium on all goods, but that is as expected. Clean rooms, and great views. No microwave available but there is a mini fridge. Ice machine on the floor. Seems like many things are still COVID shutdown. For diamond status breakfast, you basically get a daily $30 to spend at some of the local shops. For comparison a basic breakfast sandwhich is about $12-15 so the money is about good for a basic 2 person.

We stayed at the Hilton Hawaiian Village's Rainbow Tower for one week in September 2021. The hotel and the amenities were great! The location is amazing - we were steps away from the beach! The ocean front views were breathtaking!
It was so nice to have all the restaurants and shops so close - we could find pretty much everything we needed without having to leave the hotel grounds.
The staff was super nice and courteous and were always willing to help.
We had a wonderful stay and will be back!

This resort is beautiful, well maintained, and HUGE. There are several buildings for rooms, and many different options for shopping. I bought all my souvenirs on site. There are two or three ABC markets on site for your essentials and for souvenirs. The staff was always very friendly and welcoming. Our room faced the water, it was spacious and clean and we loved it. We had breakfast three mornings in a row at the restaurant next to Wiki Wiki market (I can't remember the name) and the food was amazing! I would love to go back in the future. They also treat Diamond members really well.

I am sad to say that my family and I did not have a good experience at the Hilton Hawaiian Village.

Let me start off with the positives: You are right on Waikiki Beach, the pools are nice, and there is a good restaurant called the Tropics Bar & Grill.

Now. The negatives: It is dirty and old. The first room my parents were given was filthy and they were moved to a room with a broken AC that the Hilton said they couldn't fix so my father fixed it himself. My room was also not very clean but they refused to move us anymore unless we paid more money. The hallways and elevators and lobbies were dirty. It was impossible to know where anything was even with maps. Employees could never be found.

Thankfully we had so much planned that we only had to be in the rooms to sleep but I do not recommend this property and would never go back.
