Hilton Garden Inn New York Chelsea Review

Nice hotel smack in the middle of Manhattan, Chelsea. Perfectly placed to explore the city. Staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms clean and comfortable. We stayed six nights and would have been very happy to stay longer.

Staff friendly, but the room (under the bed) was really, I mean really,dirt.

the hotel was alot smaller than i thought, and pictures did not do it justice, they do have a good breakfest and the staff was def friendly enough for a hilton hotel, i would recommend this hotel to friends and family because of the price and location to all the sites to see in new york, i enjoyed my stay here and would probably stay at this hilton again.

Loud ringing noise occasionally, bad pillows and fire alarm beeped a few times in the middle of the night

It is an ok hotel, a bit out of date in the rooms and the bedding was very pithy. Also the first day the staff didn't clean our room. It's in a good location in the flower district. It's also very expensive to park your car here. $50 a day and $50 Everytime you you get them to take it out for you.

Great location in Chelsea close to Penn station. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Rooms are small but on par with most hotels in NYC. Clean and neat. Decent breakfast. Fridge and microwave in all rooms. Plenty of hot water in the shower.

I was very impressed with this hotel. Everyone was very nice here it was very clean and quite. Will stay again if we come back!

when you can get a good rate at this place ($200 to $300) it's a pleasant place. Staff is good about letting you use the garden breakfast area for meetings. At $400++ --- it's still just a generic hotel.

Hotel was clean and had all basic amenities. Good amount of space for the price. Staff were friendly and efficient. Location is great!

That s a nice little place to stay when visiting NY. I couldn t hear any outside noise and the room was perfect
