Room was super nice! But, I was in a suite because they were overbooked and that's all that was available. Nitpicky things: The bar/restaurant closed at 10, everything else around the area closed at 11. The shower didn't have any place to put your soap or washcloth or shampoo, had to put it on the shower floor. The tv's were outdated and didn't have any type or guide on them, which also meant, to check out, had to try to call front desk (which didn't work), then checked out at front desk. Summary: Expensive, clean, not good for night owls or foodie. 3 stars

We stayed for six days it was really nice rooms a little small the breakfast is really good and make your omelet special all the help was really nice. To even know some of them they always looked out for us drove us around pretty good location would definitely go back if we're in the area

the rooms are nice, very simple but comfortable. The service is very friendly and the place is in a relax, far away of the noise area. We went for a wedding and everything worked out perfectly. From the breakfast to the parking and the facilities we strongly recommend this hotel

The staff are amazing. They handled a high volume of customers during the snow storm with high professionalism and customer service. Each staff member at the counter and restaurant went above and beyond to take care of us. Even performing jobs outside of their own to help out their team. Plus, the food was delicious. I would definitely stay there again.

Rooms are small and over priced. They don't offer free breakfast but instead charge you $12.95 per person for the same food that other hotels offer for free. Very disappointing. The staff at the front desk were friendly, but the ones in the restaurant acted like they didn't want to be there.

Great hotel in Issaquah. Bar and dining area is great. Food is decent for a hotel, but would prefer to dine out if time permits. Regular night time bartender is super friendly and makes you feel welcome. Rooms are in great shape, just try and avoid a room on the gillman side if you like to sleep past 6, the loud trucks wake me up often.

My wife and I are staying here as I write this. There was some type of party here tonight, and we can not sleep with the noise of rude, loud guests. My wife got food poisoning from the breakfast this morning. We will not stay here again.

Showed up late at night needing a room and the staff were nothing but helpful, Rosa especially so. The room was clean and warm when we got there, there were a million different pillows to choose from, and the beds were comfortable. There was also plenty of space to park our U-Haul and trailer. We'll definitely stay there again if we're back in Issaquah.

Great staff. Nice amenities. The air conditioner in my room was broken the week I was there. I did not report it so I don't count them off for not fixing it. The burger it had at the restaurant was almost tasteless but the breakfast was really good. So all in all minor complaints. The only really big annoyance was that the place is shaped like. But L and I was at the end of the long side and the only ice machine was by the elevators in the curve. They should prolly look at adding another ice machine.

The hotel is decent and low priced. There is a small restaurant in the lobby that is a bit above Denny's quality but almost twice the price. It's fine in a pinch but I wouldn't recommend it.

For the past several years, I have been running training classes at the Issaquah Hilton Garden Inn. We are there for a week and we run several training classes a year. Every time, the staff, facilities and service have been outstanding. Every staff member is friendly and wants to provide great service. Every day our conference room is completely cleaned and ready for the new day. The coffee service is always there when we arrive even the white board is scrubbed clean from the previous day. I eat in their restaurant 6 or 7 times during training week. The wait staff is exceptional and the chef makes an omelette that is so amazing it's hard to eat just one. But they're always so filling and their portions are terrific. From the front desk team to every manager we deal with and every individual, we are treated like the most important client they have. I would highly recommend the Issaquah Hilton Garden Inn for your next visit to the beautiful Pacific Northwest or if you need a super facility for training.

Staff was courteous. That's about where the good ends.

Rooms, beds, etc. smaller than average cheapo-motel. Seriously. King bed was slightly larger than a normal queen bed. Rooms had strange tilt to them; rolling items placed on the floor would roll towards a spot in one room, different spot in other, adjacent room. Strange film left in one shower, assumed it was cleaning chemical residue but not present in other shower so not sure. Beds extremely soft, beyond normal mattress softness; possibly comfortable if you like soft mattresses, but this was softer than a normal extra soft mattress.

Skip the morning breakfast here, you'll get better at any cheapo-motel continental breakfast for considerably cheaper. Oatmeal looked and tasted like someone ate good oatmeal, barfed it up, ate it again and barfed it one more time. Waffle was baked sadness. "Bagels" were miscolored hockey pucks. Orange juice was orange flavored liquid substitute, and the milk had a coppery flavor similar to camel's milk. Better coffee is to be had from any local rest area, for free.

Beautiful peaceful location.

Breakfast doesn't have the best selection

They don't even have coffee out for everyone in the lobby, they're trying to sell you keurig kcups.

The location was convenient just off the 90. Close to restaurants in issaquah. The rooms were pretty clean but could be better. It was nice to had a bar, although it was not a phenomenal bar.

Staff was not helpful. The key didn't work to my room and I had to go up and down twice to the front desk after a long day of travel. They don't have a safety box in their rooms and charge a fee for storing items.

It's ok, probably good for the area. Staff was friendly, but they rely on the fact that you are miles from nowhere and gouge you on the prices of drinks/snacks from the "shop".

The rooms are reasonable, but the bathroom was falling apart a little. The tube was worn away and sunken in the middle so water pooled and the shower curtain was old and tattered.

The king bed is nowhere near that size maybe a queen with a slight bit more room.

Not the greatest hotel I've stayed at but also not the worst.

Service has been so far good, but if you sleep in you are probably going to be awoken by the cleaning staff.

The parking can get a little frustrating too as the parking lot get packed full and you are left to parking way out east.

Other than those two main issues the rooms are nice and the staff has been excellent.

Comfortable beds, tall shower heads with fairly good pressure, clean, beautiful surroundings, nice restaurant, friendly service at front desk and in the bar. If you are picky about your pillow, bring your own. I didn't think they were great, but my husband didn't mind.

I like this hotel. Ive stayed here 3 or 4 times. It's a good choice, but it's my backup if I can't get a room at the Springhill Suites next door. The rooms are nice, and the location has great access to the freeway.

Stayed overnight for a girls' getaway. We had dinner in the restaurant, which was very good and reasonable. My friend and her daughter enjoyed the pool. Only complaint is that the air conditioner wasn't working, and I had a hard time sleeping due to how warm the room was.

Just completed our 3rd extended stay (7 days), and will certainly return next year. My wife is in a wheelchair, so handicapped accessibility is a priority in both the room and the property in general. Plenty of space for a wheelchair everywhere, and the bathroom is user friendly and large enough.

Staff is polite and anxious to please, although some inconsistency in how the housekeeping staff cleaned and restocked the room. Same noisy a/c unit as previous reviewer, but a well placed whack usually stopped the rattling.

Great location with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby, and you can't swing a dead salmon without hitting one of the ubiquitous Starbucks in the area.

All in all a very good experience, but I leave you with one minor warning. DON'T TRUST THE SCALE IN THE WORKOUT ROOM!! I used it to check the weight on our luggage to avoid an overweight charge from the airline... 48 lbs on the hotel scale turned into 55 lbs at the airport, requiring an impromptu re-packing at the check in counter. Enjoyed my personal weight loss for a few days though :-)

Nice hotel, great value. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. We also happened to stay where they had complimentary happy hour where each adult could have two drinks and hot food. It was the perfect way to unwind and enjoy the beautiful weather. My only wish was the rate included complimentary breakfast.
