My sisters and I got a room here as we spent the night at the Snoqualmie casino and have never been here before. Although the rooms are spacious and clean, my complete of the hotel was on the staff.
At check-in as we were paying for our 340.00 dollar double occupancy room for 1 night, she had noticed the balconies on some rooms and asked if we had one. The front desk girl had the nerve to reply with "Not for the rate you pay"
I'm sorry. I didn't realize that $340 dollars for two beds for 1 night was on the "low" end for a hotel in Issaquah washington. So if you are in the need of being insulted. Then please, feel free to stay at the Hilton Garden Inn.

Very comfortable, a bit understaffed though. Our waiter was the only guy working in the restaurant one night. And while i admire his hustle and attempts to serve us and the entire hotel, we were waiting in thr restaurant for quite a long time just waiting to pay our bill. I think he had a manager helping him for a short while but in all our dining experience was full of waiting.

I have stayed here a half dozen times. It is convenient for my business travel needs. They have been accommodating to me when my business needs require a late night red eye by allowing a half day rate. It allows me to return to the room to comfortably work or rest before heading to the airport.

The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was large. The quality was lacking a bit and the walls were not very noise proof. I could hear my person net to me talking and hear there tv playing. The bed was quite comfortable though.

Carter stayed here 10/29, and the one good thing we can report is hot coffee in the morning. Aside from that, she, in a vulnerable desperate state after losing her phone and keys, paying $180 for a room while she waited to retrieve her belongings from the closed restaurant, was told by 2 staff members that she was unable to use any phone at the hotel to arrange logistics with her work and family. For that price, there s no phone in the room, at the front desk, or lobby for guests to use? Absurd. 2/5, would not recommend.

You'd think that a hotel in the city in which Starbucks was born would offer Starbucks coffee. Instead you have to choke down some nasty no name brand. Other than this one glaringly huge problem, the stay was a good one. C'mon people. Fix this!

Nice staff, quiet hotel, good value. I stay there often when coming to Eastside, however on the last stay hallway near my room was falling apart and being repaired, breakfast buffet overpriced and has very slow and limited service. Still decent, but was really good few years ago, now going down a bit.

Dayna made our experience absolutely wonderful! It was our first time in Washington and it was the best hotel experience I have ever had. Thank you so much! The rooms are spacious, the hospitality is top notch and breakfast was amazing! Looking forward to visiting again!

Beautiful and newly renovated. Had a few meetings and a catered lunch - it was all spectacular. The staff was attentive and friendly - all our needs were anticipated and met. If we had a problem, it was resolved immediately. Highly recommend HGI.

If you happen to be in the market for a Ford or Chevrolet car, then this hotel is located ideally adjacent to the local dealerships. Otherwise, there are no walkable local destinations from the hotel. Freeway access is excellent, with only two traffic lights and maybe 500 feet from the hotel to the entrance and exit ramps. The hotel itself is identical to every Hilton Garden Inn built in the same recent era. Clean, tidy, and some minor aesthetic embellishments to add a touch of style and comfort distinguish the chain from others that are purely utilitarian. But it still feels very sterile, and boring. I don't know who stays here, but can only assume it's a decent choice for business travelers who need access to Costco HQ, Microsoft or Siemens.

Great HGI location with clean comfortable rooms, guest services couldn't be more helpful and friendly. Lobby is clean and comfortable and it looks as though the staff are happy and proud to work there and it shows in every aspect. The room service is great, the restaurant is really god and up to par with and Hilton line I have stayed at. I have spent Months here and the people know me by name and treat me like family. The room rates are close to the other hotels in the area and 10x better accomidations. They could invest in a crevice tool for house keeping for the corners of the room and behind the bed (yes I look) but I haven't found a hotel that cleans there yet. Stay here you won't regret it.

The experience started out great, until I saw a sign posted that said "Furries are EXCEPTED!" This is when the tables turned and I immediately put a chicken nugget up my nostril and got cancer.

Very nice hotel with fitness center, pool and spa. Staff is super friendly and helpful. I'm not sure about the prices as my company paid for everything. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything from the front desk to the cleanliness of the room was exactly as I expect from Hilton. The breakfast was delicious, everything was hot and of good quality.

My room was quiet as well, I actually over slept.

If you need a good clean place to stay with nice friendly employees, look no further.

Poor, poor service. I am surprised Hilton Garden Inn put their name on this place. The front desk lady seemed like they had never checked people in or out before. When I checked out, she didn't even acknowledge me because she was as too busy doing nightly close out.

This location does not live up to the chain standards in regards to the rims. To much money spent on the bar and restaurant that are over priced and not enough spent on the rooms. Beds are cheap , cleanliness is mediocre at best. I had high expectations for this property. Some stuff not good at handling problems they created. At this price point go else where.

Stayed at this hotel recently on a vacation trip. Everything was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the cookies at check-in. Beds were comfortable, one of the reasons we choose Hilton Garden Inn specifically. No problems during our stay, and we'd definitely stay here again.
