Attended an event and it was wonderful. The staff was all courteous and made you feel welcome. Many had a great sense of humor to make us all feel comfortable. I would like to attend events here every evening!!!

Lady at the front had a hard time finding our reservation sent me and my girlfriend to the wrong room.other then that nice place.

The location of this hotel is simply beautiful and I truly enjoyed looking at the beautiful garden

We were very pleased with our stay. The only downsides were no hot tub and sketchy internet access.

Great room with a balcony and good maid service. The buffet breakfast looked good. The workout room. Read good. The pool was heated perfectly and the jacuzzi was not crowded. The restrooms and showers were off the pool and very nice. Oatmeal cranberry cookies were given at night and were very good.

The front desk staff was so nice. The cookies were amazing and the room was clean. It was beautifully decorated for Christmas.

This was a great hotel within a short drive (25 Min) to down town Seattle. When we shopped around, we discovered this hidden gem by accident. We spent 7 great nights there surround by the mountains. The biggest surprise was all the shops, restaurants, and businesses in the area. There are so many trees in the area that you don't discover everything until you are on top of it.

We at breakfast at the restaurant in the hotel several times and it was very good. The desk staff was very friendly and called several times to make sure everything was OK. Many hotels in Seattle charge for parking so the fact this one does not was a deciding factor.

We stayed in a room with two queen beds, not the sleep by number ones, and they were great!

If you like the peace and quite of the country but convenience of being near the city, this is a good choice!

I have stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn / Issaquah for many years while traveling for business. It's my go-to hotel when I travel to the Seattle area. As a long-time guest, several of the people recognize and know me which makes the time I'm on the road just a little nicer. The lady who works the bar, whose name I know, but not going to excessively advertise on this public forum, knows my preferred beer and always welcomes me with a smile and friendly greeting. My room is always one of 2 or 3 in the same part of the hotel, so I feel my grounded and comfortable. Clean and reasonably priced with easy access to many restaurants around Issaquah and not far to Bellevue. Great place!

Great location, nice rooms has exactly what I needed. Refrigerator and microwave too. Good home away from home.

Stopped in for a geocaching event. The lobby is quite nice.

Nice scenery, clean room, and pleasant staff. The only thing that was off was that a couple of items at their breakfast were cold (scrambled eggs, sausage). Overall, a good stay.

Staff didn't seem too concerned with some small issues we had like receiving two beds instead of one as reserved. I find it very odd that some people have free breakfast and others don't.

The conference room was great. The NWTF has hosted the annual banquet dinner at this location several times. Food was good also.

Lovely room, comfortable beds, neat lobby with fireplace, plus easy access to I90.

Excellent place to stay. Good amenities and nice staff. Central for a wine tasting week end. Comfy bed and clean.

Over priced for a room that you can get at the Holiday Inn Express. The pictures on the website didn't match the room. When checking in the room was wrong due to over booking and was placed in a Handicap room. Don't know if this is normal practice in WA.

This is a nice Hilton Garden and just about a mile from Costco's home office. I stayed here 12 years ago and it looks as good now as it did then, they have kept up this property very well. You'll love the employees here too!!!

The usual Hilton Garden Inn hotel as seen elsewhere in the country. Very friendly and helpful staff and large comfortable rooms. I arrived too late to grab dinner at the restaurant not did I have breakfast, so I can't comment on the food. The hotel is conveniently located for the business I had in the nearby areas. Parking is free, but can be hard to come by later in the evening. I would recommend, and I will stay here again in the future.

Grounds, interior and rooms were clean and immaculate. Views contain mountains, evergreen forest and on certain sides some of the town.

This is a great location with beautiful views of the surrounding forest. As AmEx gold members, we received a free water (meh) but more importantly we got to choose between extra points or free breakfast in the morning (otherwise ~$15/pp). The breakfasts were great!

The room itself was well maintained and overall if we are in the area again it will be our go-to option. The front desk staff and maid service reps were all very nice as well.

Rooms are clean and quiet. The location is within walking distance of plenty of restaurants.

New and clean. Front desk is friendly. Spa and pool, but the pool is small. No free breakfast.

It wasn't bad. I guess that because this was my 1st Hilton experience, I expected more. The room was good. I could tell by the furniture why the room was above a $80 a night. Pool was great, I had low back issues that day. But room service, restuarant, all WAY overpriced. There was construction going on at the time but it didn't obstruct any guest rooms. The weirdest thing to me was that the maid service came in the room on 3 different occasions to check if they should clean the room. After the checked the 1st time I would think the would contact the main desk & say , 'ok, let me know when the check out.' But they didn't because they came in our room every hour for the next 2 hours until it was check out time. I loved that checkout wasn't until 12pm! That was so awesome!!

Clean, quiet, delicious food in the on site restaurant. Great location off the higway. Nice staff.

Great hotel the only complaint i have is a small one but the breakfast in the lobby is not included and they don't tell you until after you eat they just slip a bill on your table not really a big deal it was only $10 but still it was set up like a continental breakfast that's normally included with your stay if it wasn't for this out would have been perfect

Room was quiet and comfortable, room was pretty current, the view from our room on the fourth floor was not much but we were looking for a nice secure place to stay. The staff was friendly and I love the ease of getting a room. The digital key works and wireless worked great.

Nice, clean room. Heater was a pain to figure out, staff should have left instructions for this... I was too sick and too tired to call the front desk and then have to deal with a maintenance person... One other thing. Noisy. This walls or something. Sleep was interrupted many, many times. So, I am willing to give 4 stars right now, and if next visit is a better one I will raise to 5. VERY comfortable bed!!

More than just clean, comfy and convenient - the staff is amazing. Dayna (manager) actually found a housekeeper and helped her clean a room so we could have a room for the night! Unheard of at any price.

Nice clean room. Comfortable desk area for work. Close to transit station. Staff was friendly and professional.

The rooms are spacious and well-stocked with neutrogena peoducts, a Keurig machine, a minifridge and a microwave. Between the fridge and the fan there was a fair bit of room noise but otherwise everything was great. I like the way they stack towels over the far end of the shower but some people five foot or lower (or kiddos, or folks who are mobility impaired) might have trouble accessing them. There is a pokestop and a gym here.

Had a great conference. Nice place tons of parking.

Over priced. Customer service was great. But they fee you to death here
