It's a decent hotel with some good restaurants like Kylin but lacks the grandeur and finesse in service.

Nice hotel located conveniently near most major landmarks of delhi and noida. There is also a liquor shop in the basement.

Nice place with strategic location. Rooms are worth the penny you spend.

The only thing that gives this place 1 star is the proximity to the airport, and there is already a Holiday Inn located in the Airport. This place has a filthy pool to start. The staff are all drones who seem to recite a pre-written answer from a script, and often are not really listening nor answering your question. Without any quick access to any restaurants, you are basically forced to travel or eat in the hotel for 15x more expensive than anywhere else in India, plus a list of taxes on top. I believe I paid less for a beautiful meal for 2, over looking the courtyard, at The Leela Palace. Even Gold and Platinum members dont recieve a free shuttle/taxi to the airport. It will then cost you 700+ rupees to go the distance of a 50 rp taxi ride. The only good thing I could say is at least they have hot water.... visit #2 not satisfying, visit #3 not likely....

I loved my stay here for three days during Nov '19. Cosy rooms and comfortable environment makes it best stay over this hotel. Very good breakfast with variety, taste and quality. Has a nice swimming pool. Tried dinner one night which was delicious and had the variety.

Not a getaway place but comfortable for business travels.

Very nice interiors and catering.Smoking rooms have 2 beer complementary too..

This is like 2nd home for me. I stay for a few days here almost every month. Spacious and comfy rooms. Personally know people here and they are very friendly.. Awesome buffet spread for dinner and very good breakfast option. Plus easily accessible.. Waiting to go back..

It's five star hotel.nice place. We just had dinner here, which was very nice, I like this hotel.

Love it. The jacuzzi wasn't functioning properly. Add speakers to the pool area, it'll do wonders !

Both valet & self parking available. Staffs managing cars were not showing much hospitality. Food wasn't very tasty.

Good Spacious rooms with clean Bath rooms & dinner buffet was also good at thr restaurant on level 3 .

Had the buffet at Cafe on 3. The buffet has nice spread and the food is also full of flavors. They have Indian, Chinese and continental. The staff is prompt in service and courteous. The dessert menu also has a lot of variety.

Centrally located to Noida n Delhi. Room is good with varaity option's in breakfast. Recommended to get high floor room to get good viewing of metro n nearby market

IT IS SITUATED IN OPEN AREA. YOU CAN ENJOY YAMUNA RIVER CANAL AND HIGH MOUNT BUILDING FROM YOUR HOTEL ROOM ( EAST SIDE WINDOW)

Premium hotel with big reception and big rooms. Food is also good. Location is main road towards Noida. Very easy to spot from moving vehicles and worth 100USD. Rooms are very comfortable... No market / no food joints near to it and difficult to find auto although taxi/ola/uber are easily available.

Went there for an office party. Honestly speaking, all arrangements were made by organisers from our office, but food options were not so good. Besides noise from other hall was also coming which was annoying.

Nice hotel and cosy.... Food is also ok.. staff of good... Only thing Indian users should note that the bathroom is not having health faucet (jet spray) attachment, which is a bit odd.

Hotel is good but location is not good. In front of hotel, there is dirty nala with stinky smell and back side there is wine mall.

The holiday inn new delhi was a good hotel ... the parking system was also very good yu can get the full space .. the space inside the hotel is also very good the staira are even there yu can get the full space . The food quality was also good but some of the space is also very less. Over there the decoration was also very good . So yu can go to the hotel.

Spent 11 nights here and really liked.
The room is spacious with good commodities, the gym is well equipped. The staff is concerned with our stay. Cafe on 3 is quite good with a buffet and a la carte service. The cafe on 3 team is always checking if we need something and in this team I need to point out the efficency of Vinay and Abrar, that after a few days remembered my usual orders and made sure that nothing was missing.
No doubt I will be pleased to be here on my next trip to New Delhi

If you want good services you have to go in free time.
