Relaxed stay, in room dining is not that great,also very limited options

Service at Kylin is really bad. The staff has such casual attitude towards work that despite the good food the overall experience is very bad.

Situated near New Ashok Nagar metro station. Fair enough a place for a stay. Breakfast menues are healthy and good enough.

The food and ambience is fantastic. The staff is very helpful too

Experience would have been seemless if they had health faucets in their toilets. Not everyone rely solely on toilet paper.

Great property, great comfort, location can be suitable for some as its almost on the delhi up border. Travelling to noida is really easy.

All good with this hotel except toilet, being in India you should keep both toilet paper and water. 4 is for not having water in toilet otherwise 5 for all other services.

It contain the wine on the backdors of the entrance , you may find the entire variety of alcohols n beverages there , the upper portion contain hotel ,

As Holiday Inns go this one was a great disappointment. The quality of service you expect of an international chain was totally lacking. There is a great need for training the staff there. Don't expect a quality stay there.

Enjoyed the service. It would've been really helpful if they had delivered as promised or agreed upon earlier.

A great place to stay in Mayur Vihar Phase Extension area with metro station in close proximity.

Good stay with fine dining experience. External odour at the entrance and common area is bad due to the huge drain flowing right opposite.

Hotel located on the Border of Delhi - Noida with good connectivity with metro directly from CP .
My stay in the hotel was excellent. Comfortable bed , lavish breakfast spread , polite staff .

Gud food . Parking is little less for self driven.

Very good hotel. Large rooms with all the necessary elements. Bathroom with large shower. Everything very clean and taken care of.
Details like the newspaper in the room in the morning. The very extensive buffet. The location is next to the river and the train station but it is perfectly soundproof.

Went for the breakfast buffet with mom. Food was ok, nothing spectacular- although the luchi-daal combo was spot on. Outdoor seating overlooking the pool (and the Delhi metro) is nice. Service is courteous. Overall a decent option for a meal if you're not expecting to be blown away and are in the area anyway.

Ideal for business travel. Comfortable and cosy place with good choice of food. Friendly staff and service. Slightly expensive but that depends a lot on time of season.
