A decent hotel, the food is yummy and so are the desserts.
They could seperate the snacks from the buffet and serve them fresh, the snacks are the only issue here.

It is good place for official conference. There ball room can easily accommodate 250-300 people. The buffet becomes an issue with such a large gathering. Food is good and staff is courteous. Check other reviews for details on rooms and other facilities.

Good and organised place. Had an orientation from my company. And it was a comfortable one at that.

Toilet doesn't hv pot shower which is a major discomfort.

Five star hotel with superb connectivity thru Metro

Our guests have stayed in the hotel and the ambience and services are very good. The food quality is delicious. Its near by office and its very convenient to commute.
From the hotel booking till the whole stay at Holiday Inn, its well coordinated by Nishtha Ahuja and we are very happy with their services provided towards our guests!!!

Hotel is pretty good. Everything is very clean and i have to say that the breakfast buffet is excellent. However there is no free wifi and the location is not great if you wanna visit the city center

Hotel Holiday Inn, Mayur Vihar is truly amazing. Stayed there for 2 nights and the experience was great. Well located, spacious with big rooms and well appointed bathroom. The view from my 11th floor window at night was too good, with the city lights.

Nice place and ambiance. Did not like to food to my palate. But overall experience was good.

Visited the banquet hall.. It was good except that there was no separation to get to the escalator which made it nightmare with kids running all around..

Huge conference hall that can accommodate approx 200 people. Food quality is decent

Went here for a workshop for our company Yesterday and today.. These guys were so ridiculous that they accepted more bookings than they could ha e comfortably handled. Our 2 days workshop was forced to happen in 3 different lobby's. First day in 2and floor, 2day in a different t room in second floor and then in 14th floor. To reach there, we need to have access card for lift and they were not issuing the same and reception diverts us to concierge and they in turn asks us to go to reception. And they do not have any form of courtesy for this mis happening. The lunch which was offered was also sub standard. Horrible experience and looked like we booked a cheap quality space, may be we did.

I've visited holiday inn with my friends many times for partying and to eat in restaurants I would straight away rate it 4/5 as per my experience about everything. The best thing is that it's near my home :P

Hall was congested. Food not eatable. Pathetic. Do not organise weeding in this hotel

Third class service in holiday in.
Still seating in holiday in last 1/2 an hr.. No body responded for water or tea....
Highly disappointed kindly never book or visit at holiday in.

Good hotel.. Staff needs to be more courteous. We was seating in lobby and requested to provide one print out. Lady in reception agreed for same but practically it took 1 hour to get the same

We visited for lunch party and felt very comfortable with arrangement and food.
