The hotel and scenery are beautiful! The rooms are standard. The restaurant left much to be desired. For was overcooked and service was slow.

The attendants were very professional and passionate about assisting us while we held our conference.
Wish they could have been a bit more helpful but they definitely weren't expecting our goup.
Horrible stay. Stay away from this place. The curtains were ripped and the room smelled like cat pee. It needs to be renovated, which is fine, but there's no excuse for just being dirty. The shower steam set off the smoke alarm twice. We've never had that happen before. The bar top was dirty and sticky. I will say that any staff we came in contact with was professional. However we will never stay here again!
I was here during the evacuation for hurricane Dorian. My dogs were with us, during this time. My little Pomeranian died one day after our visit here from HGE and went into hypovolemic shock. She was hiding under the bed in our room, but I think she caught it from our stay.
I came here for an awards dinner. The help was great. Good service. Clean and nice facilities. The food was ok. The conference room was very nice. Table settings were very fancy
Beautiful Hotel!! Friendly staff, clean rooms, very accommodating!! We will be back!!!
Peeling wallpaper, no drinking glasses in guest room, tiny shower faucet I wouldn't put in a guest bathroom, lack of water pressure, one elevator smells deeply of urine, etc. On the positive side, very comfortable bed, and the staff is very nice.
The conference room we used was clean. Had a few spots where the carpet needed replacing but still clean.
This hotel is really pathetic! They charge me for a room that I did not stay and when you reach out to them, their arrogant manager Ricky states that he cant help us and we need to contact his accounts team. So first they charge me without an explanation and then they want me to do the running around to figure out what happened. Pathetic customer service!! There are far better Hiltons around this place. Please make a wise decision
Its conveniently located in marietta and looks very nice
A large variety of conference rooms to choose from. Very spacious.
We checked in late last night. Was told we get breakfast. The room was hot even though the Ac was set to 60. The elevator doesnt go down from the 6th floor. Went to breakfast and asked fr a voucher which we didnt have. Then the lady had to make it known to everyone in the eating area that we didnt have a voucher but they would comp the $10.95 for the two of us. The food was cold and gross. It wasnt worth a $1.95 for the food. Very disappointed in the service.
Attended a 2 day Co defence here. The facility is really nice, the staff was friendly and the food was great. They do not offer wifi in the lobby :(
There is a great view of the golf course from the restaurant and the place is filled with bits of southern history. Hopefully I'll get a chance to stay next time.
The services were excellent, while the room may have been chilly, the atmosphere was enjoyable, and the food was amazing!
Cute hotel and room. Friendly staff. It took about a day for the AC to really cool off the room though. The cleaning crew cleaned our room but didn't replenish the toilet paper. Had to call the front desk twice to get it. Eventually, just went downstairs and picked it up myself.
Overall, nice hotel. It's close to restaurants and shops. Would stay again.
Beautiful location with a resort-like feel. Everyone was very nice!
Friendly staff. Great meeting rooms. Excellent lunch provided.
The check in was terrible. Im 2000 miles away from home and they could not find me in the system. Then they stated that I was put in the wrong room and would have to move me at 11pm. TV didn't work. Then she said that I didn't have to move at all. VERY UN-PROFESSIONAL.
Very neat. Complimentary water and room service is clean
Very nice facilities. Attended large gathering of people tonight. Wait staff very helpful.
I stayed here for an overnight business trip and was very pleased. I would stay here again.
Nice property but older. Free parking. Golf course. Rooms are more like an older double tree than a Hilton.
Expected more considering the name associated with the establishment.
The room seemed worn and were small. The hinges on almost every cabinet were warped. The bathtub wasn't cleaned properly. It was far from what I've come to expect out of a Hilton.
Went to wife's 45th high school reunion. Service all around was great.
Front desk to check in - Debra - she is a rockstar!!! Hotel suite was very nice. Bedding was great. Only beware of the tiny bathroom and that the walls are THIN. People next door to me were cranky because they could here us talking. It s Friday night at 11:30 and we just got back from a wedding. So be quiet. But when I come down for the breakfast which is pretty good! But I like to have a chocolate milk AND it is bad. People - please! When u see a bunch of 1/2 drunk containers - Check them. I opened my cap and I couldn t even try it. The date was today so I get it but I m glancing at several tables and milk jugs on tables left not touched. On a good note - servers were all so nice. But can I just get a chocolate milk!
Great property with a convention center and golf course. Next door is the Gone with the Wind museum. Great combination of comfort and affordability and old south charm. Restaurant/Bar has limited menu but what they is very good. Excellent service! Have been here 5/6 times and it has never disappointed. We will be back.
The place was magnificent; the room was beautifully decorated from the lights to the table arrangement, the servers were very friendly and polite. There is nothing to complain about. My next event is definitely going to be there. Hopefully, they won't change by then.
The Hilton Marietta is located away from what I would consider to be a prime area. Being just off of heavily traveled Powder Springs Road it is never the less quiet. The building is well cared for and has an old look. Attended a day long conference and was happy with the accommodations. Lunch was well prepared and very tasty. The staff was attentive without being in the way. Would look forward to another visit.
Awesome event hosting! Great food, Great staff, Great tunes, Great times!!!
Pleasant ATMOSPHERE and Environment.
Quiet Hotel. Large spacious rooms.
Have stayed here several times. Good rooms and staff. Has a decent dinner menu if you don't want to go out and a large breakfast.
I tried to cancel a reservation 10 minutes after the deadline, and they wouldn't refund me. Had to call the next morning and apparently they don't acknowledge emails. You would think they would have helped the customer out in hopes to foster a long term relationship, they didn't. Don't expect any grace from this place.
So disappointing on so many levels. The room was just standard nothing extra nice like you'd expect. Fitness room was extremely small only a few pieces of equipment. The pool was not open because they don't open it until memorial day and it doesn't state that on their website either. we both brought bathing suits( even though it was 85 outside ).The room did not stay cool enough at night I mentioned it to the desk and they sent maintenance up 2 days in a row but nothing changed and they were full so we couldn't switch rooms. Instead we actually left a day early because we couldn't sleep well due to the poor A/C system. Would not recommend or go back.
The building is too old and not in a historic good way. Dark inside and not enough lighting. Old elevators
Everyone is very professional and helpful. Would not have changed a thing about our stay
The hotel looks nice from the outside but that's about it. We ate at the restaurant one night and the food was okay but came out cold. Only one of the elevators was working and the one that was working was very slow.
Outstanding service all around, grrrrreat breakfast, awesome location to the Marietta square, and on a golf course. Otherwise it's a solid 3. The entire hotel needs updated. In dire need actually. The bar, however, does not. I think the feel of it is perfect...a major downside is there are fruit flies EVERYWHERE by the tap. It's disgusting that the beer was poured near a swarm of fruit flies. Parking is a complete breeze. The stress of parking at places like the Hyatt Regency ruin a stay before you even walk in the door; it's a relief to be stress free as I park my car. It's less than 10 min to the Marietta square..which is worth the trip for dinner. The dinner at this hotel is not worth it, but most hotels are overpriced anyway. Your $$ will go much much further at the square. The fitness center isn't much: a rack of dumbbells, treadmills, and ellipticals. Other Hilton's are far more equipped, as is the Hyatt Recency.
Very nice in Marietta. Large hotel. Nice to see a lot of families in the lobby. A little hard to find at night. Charge an additional $5.00 for parking per night. Go to Priceline for your room, express deals: Paid $85.00 a night as opposed to $165.00. Not worth it for $165.
Didn't even know it was here and I grew up here. Beautiful place.
Older Hilton property but thought it was perfectly fine for a weekend stay and for the price. Lobby bar was nice, staff was more than willing to accommodate on a couple random requests.
Overall I d be willing to pay a bit more for a more recently renovated property, the bathrooms especially were pretty old.
The room was in need of updating, but the bed and pillows were quite comfortable.
This is a very decent, standard Hilton. I ve been here twice for dinner meetings, and each time the food was not great. I don t know why Atlanta is in the title, as the hotel is far from the actual city of Atlanta; so be aware of the location before you book here.
Extremely poor customer serves. Tried to work with the manager regarding my stay; however, she just pointed blame at others. I do not recommend this hotel.
Enjoyed my stay. Beautiful view from the back side of the hotel.
I went to tour for my wedding. Absolutely beautiful and definitely a top contendor on my list of venues
The room was incredibly hot they moved us and the tv didn't work in the 2nd room. The only reason this got 2 stars is because the employees at the desk were 1st class.
The room was musty smelling and the way too hot. I understand it is a old historic building but it has been updated. The only thing going for it was beds were comfortable.
It is a beautiful, elegant place. This hotel is worth the price. It is also a beautiful wedding location. Worth check out!
Older hotel with musty rooms. I think the air ducts need cleaning because all vents were extra dusty. Allergy and asthma patients by beware.
We stayed for a wedding in the area. The room was clean, the staff was helpful. Brooke at the front desk was very nice.
I have stayed at this hotel from Jun 4, 2018 to Jun 5, 2018 and I was supposed to stay until Jun 7 but checked out on the next day because this was the worst Hilton in my whole life. I did not want to give any star but I have to select at least one star. Here are the reasons.
1. A big cockroach was found in the bathroom at night when I went to the bathroom. A photo is attached.
2. They gave me a different room but it was for a handicapped person and because of that the shower was with a hose and it could not remain because of the high water pressure. I had to hold the shower which was not convenient.
3. When I woke up in the next morning, what I found was that the sheet on the bed was very dirty. (The photo was attached).
There was a reason that I tried this hotel because I have been staying at Sheraton for my project in this area which will remain until the end of this year at least so I wanted to try Hilton as I am a diamond member at Hilton. But what I got from this hotel was the worst experience (nightmare) ever. When I talked to the manager from the hotel after I checked out, I explained all these things but he did not seem to realize the seriousness and I felt that he somehow used to this kind of situation. He said sorry and he told me to let him know what he can do in the future when I explained the reason why I am here and I have more people in my team for the project who may stay at this hotel in the future as well but I would not recommend not only to my team members but also to anyone who are trying to stay at this hotel. I am going to report this hotel to the diamond membership hotline at Hilton as well. The hotel itself is good except the smells from the carpet as they allow animals, and small room with the size of the hotel. There are problems everywhere, from cleaning to the maintenance to the management. What I can tell is that this is not a good hotel to stay from my personal experience.
