Fantastic Galaxy bar perfect environment worthy of the name and beautiful presentations.

We had a conference there for 3 days. The staff were friendly. They all speak English. The food was good and the conference rooms were perfekt.

The massage in the spa is sensational, please ask for Ioanna

Great hotel with a hellenic touch. Excellent service. Perfect breakfast, friendly and discrete staff. I had a clean and silent room with a beautiful view to the museum next to it. Good wifi. Easy-to-reach gym/spa / swimming pool area plus car park and alternative rent-a-car service. Very central location. Pricey bistrot though great non-smoking spot for spontaneous meetings. Can you ask for more?

In my opinion this is definitely a 5 star hotel. It s a fantastic property with a wonderful team of people making sure your stay will continually exceed your expectations! We were continually impressed with everyone we met at the hotel and their professional and gracious services.

Has the most expensive hamburger in my life at Dionysos restaurant at 30!!! Terrible service and mediocre food. Don't eat there just have some coffee or tea!!! Shameful!

An emblematic hotel in the center of Athens.This will take into account the meetings that take place in this hotel. It is a great hotel with excellent modern decoration and clean spaces. The staff is courteous and willing to serve you all with a smile. The meeting rooms are quite large with comfortable seating and a good acoustic. The food is very delicious and it is definitely worth visiting for a meal or a stay.

Best hotel in Athens. Cant wait to come back. Its like a resort in the middle of the city. The views of the Acropolis are the best. Ive added a sunset picture w/out the Acopolis.i dont want to ruin the surprise.

Top hotel in Athens with great views and good choice of restaurants

Great location just a few minute walk from Kolonaki area which has bars and restaurants. Also an easy 30 minute walk from the famous Plaka. The hotel is very nice, had Hertz car rental which was helpful.

A business model. The high occupancy rate, at the same time ... is kept very clean, civilized and spacious ... a great comfort. Top facilities ... pool, fitness, bar, restaurant ... extraordinary friendly staff. It is strategically located in an area where you can quickly reach the metro or on foot in all the main sites or museums, making it even more attractive. I recommend him ... for everything.

The hotel is nice with a lovely pool area, helpful staff and is also very clean. Breakfast is well done and there is also incredible views of the Acropoli. I'd recommend staying here if you're in Athens.

This hotel is great, among the best Hiltons I've been to. Rooms are nice and modern, and the pool is great. The staff are also friendly and helpful. I also ordered avgolemono soup and cretan dakos salad as room service. The salad was good, but the soup was bland. Breakfast at the executive lounge (complimentary for diamond members) was great.

Commanding views of the Acropolis, excellent food and very central are all what make this the ideal home to tour Athens from. There is also a huge outdoor pool to enjoy, and the metro is only a 5 minute walk away, so you can get to almost any place in Athens for less than 2 euros. The metro also runs to the airport for about 10 euros and is very easy to use.

Worst experience ever before it even starts!

We are loyal H-honors Gold members for years & Our vacation is this coming summer.

we booked our room with our free nights and points, (obviously because regular money rates are super high) then due to unclear instructions from Hilton agent about max occupancy policies at the time of reservation we were required to book an additional room for our kids which we eventually did.

We also CLEARLY communicated our early flight arrival and need of early check in and we were told our early check in request will be granted for a fee and we accepted that.

Later i received an email to find they misunderstood us and gave us wrong information ...and that we have to pay an additional night for both rooms for such an early check in (which they already knew!)

Sorry for the inconvenience is all they could say!

Many back and forth international costly calls and they would NOT carry their own misunderstanding and offer any make up or solutions...

Lastly communicated H-Honors for 2.5 hours chat and they couldn t help either saying hotel has to settle that!

Obviously their current rates available now are ridiculously high and now we re stuck with trying to find another cheaper nearby hotel & messing around overnight with a lot of luggage and 2 sleepy kids!

Totally not Hilton standard of care and big SHAME on Hilton name!

Comfortable hotel, well appointed and good service. Bedding was sooooo comfortable but the room lighting was awful - very dim and a system of light switches that required the wisdom of Plato to figure out. WiFi is only free in the lobby unless you're a Hilton rewards club member.

Central easy to get about. Hotel staffs mistly friendly and helpful. Place is clean and nice as a premium hotel!

This hotel is conveniently located from the airport and is a short walk to everything in central Athens. The pool is the largest is all of Athens and is simply awesome

Last week I visited THE POOL with my 4 years well behaved daughter. I paid the entrance and was in great mood I was visiting the pool again after a couple of years. A man of the personnel sounded rude towards my daughter so really had to leave the place quickly in order to protect my daughter from getting stressed. I have been visiting this place since I was a child, never had had similar issues. What a big disappointment for me :(

I rate the pool and at the spa I was expecting something better.

Very good hotel in a good location but much more of a business hotel than for people on holidays.

Facilities were nice, but I had an issue with my flight getting moved up by a day, and the Hilton staff gave me the run-around about not being able to cancel the last night of my reservation. Staff referred me to the Hilton honors telephone line, and the Hilton honors telephone line referred me back to the hotel staff in an endless loop of nobody being able to actually help. At the end of the day, I have no idea if my last night will ever be refunded because I had to leave the hotel to catch my flight with no resolution.

Beautiful space I just think it would need some renovation The decoration and the decoration of the previous generation needs a good renovation because the view and the services are good enough The above commentary has to do with the Galaxy bar

Excellent hotel in the center of Athens. Particularly recommended for conferences

On the 19th of December Ozon made an event and brands could have a room at Hilton to showcase their work. Of course PCP couldn t miss and we had room 324. It was the biggest room with the perfect view and the space was better than we expected. The bathroom is amazing along.

Great location. Close to majority of the historic sites.
Massive hotel. The staff were helpful in recommending places to go and to eat. 3 pools. A bunch of restaurants inside to choose from.
Difinately would come by again.
