Loved the hotel and its facilities. One of the days I ordered food in the room and although it tasted great, it was really pricy, with a 8 delivery fee and waiter expecting a tip. I don t think tip should be expected with such a high cost to deliver it to your room.

We stayed at the hotel for the first two nights of our honeymoon and had a fantastic time. The hotel is centrally located with fantastic views of the Acropolis. We particularly enjoyed the impeccable service, the lounge, and the special touches the hotel provided to us for our honeymoon. Thank you!!!
First of all, the service was absolutely horrible. I have been to many hotels before and have never experienced such disrespect. This is my fourth time coming to Athens and the last three times I have came I have stayed at the President Hotel and have always been super pleased with everything at that hotel. This year I decided to try the Hilton and I am so disappointed I did. These high end hotels are a joke, all they want is your money they do not care about anything else. I dropped some liquid on the sheets in my room by accident and called housekeeping if they can come and just change the sheets for us since it is impossible to sleep with the mess that was made. When the lady from housekeeping came she looked at me as if I was stupid and she kept sighing all while slamming everything possible while changing the sheets. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
This just an awesome hotel!! Marble everywhere, the lobby is grand and spacious, the rooms are also very big, and furniture is up to date. The bathrooms are dope too! This is definitely somewhere I will be staying again!
Everything was great except that WiFi in the room is charged. Steam, sauna and pool late great. The roof top restaurant has very nice view. The Greek salad is great.
The Hilton Owners Gold Tier upgraded to an advanced room, but I was disappointed that the Acropolis was not visible. Due to corona, room cleaning must be requested at the reception, and water must also be obtained at the reception. Also, several facilities have been closed. Business center printers do not work. There is also no lounge operation. Breakfast in the morning is also not optional. Even though I stayed at a bad time, I left a lot of regret about various services. The frappe I ordered from the pool was the most unpleasant and tasteless of any drink in Greece. The staff's service wasn't very friendly. I am wondering if I should go again the next time I visit Athens.
Galaxy bar on the top floor of the hotel. Very beautiful place with a spectacular view to every side of the city. A lot of people and very good customer service by the bar managers. Prices seem to be normal in relation to the quality of entertainment and the overall environment. In any case, space is worthwhile for someone to spend the night gazing at the lighted Acropolis while enjoying its drink.
Great views if you get a even numbered room! Walking distance to shops and the Acropolis. The executive lounge is decent but not as good as other Hilton's.
A great Hilton. The location is perfect as the metro stops just meters away. The rooms are good Hilton standard but the bar and restaurant on the top floor are a lot of fun. Incidentally, there is really great sushi there.
The team is extremely good and accommodating, as is usually the case with Hilton. The executive lounge is ok. Standard just, but you can at least have breakfast very quiet. The view over the city is terrific. With the room to the right side (extra charge) you can see enough at the Acropolis
Excellent cleaning service and good location. Otherwise, there is no free Wi-Fi in the room, the beds are very small (for those who are over 1.90m high), breakfast is moderate for such a hotel.
Great hotel, with half of the rooms facing the Acropolis. In addition, they are spacious and well equipped. Good facilities for business events, outdoor and indoor pools and gym.
Beautiful hotel, everything is impressive, professional service. The distance to the Plaka neighborhood is 4 minutes by taxi, 15 minutes by foot, non-tiring walk. The hotel has all amenities from a pampering spa to a pool with a track dedicated to swimmers. The water in the pool is cold. A rooftop restaurant, a rooftop bar on Saturday becomes a dance club that opened to the public. Prices are expensive even in Israeli terms no matter what restaurant. The menu and prices are advertised so there is no surprise here so there is a kind of filtering here for anyone who enters the hotel and wants to enjoy his services. We really enjoyed Hilton, a highly recommended hotel.
Great location (walking distance to commercial area) with fabulous views from the 11th floor restaurant. Rooms are bright and airy with good amenities. Really nice property.
We had an amazing dinner at the Milos restaurant on the lower level. Service was excellent. The host walked us over to the fish market and we picked out the fish for our dinner. We had a sea bass baked in salt. Presentation was very interesting and the fish was delicious. Kids loved their steaks. Food was served family style and everyone tried everything. No complaints.
Beautiful and historical! But it still wants ... maybe warmer and frently atmospheric and more affordable prices in the focus areas, bar etc .. they are a little outdated and expensive ...
We had an extra night in athens and stayed here because of the location. The rooms are alright but severly overpriced. We stayed at an airbnb 2 blocks away for 9x less and it had more modern amenities like charging ports beside the bed and free wifi in the rooms. The bed was also the worse we slept on in greece and it was the most expensive place. Hilton just seems to not be up on the times with a younger modern Traveller.
very friendly staff, very nice Excetutive Lounge with a view of the Acropolis, older hotel what you see in the rooms, nevertheless clean and well-kept, unfortunately the bath towels were missing, therefore the small deduction, with indoor and outdoor pool
Great place to stay when visiting Athens Greece. Be sure to visit the Galaxy bar on the roof for dinner And drinks and enjoy the ambiance with the Acropolis in the background.
A historic luxury hotel in Athens with a great view of the Acropolis from many of the rooms. The palatial lobby and accompanying shops and restaurants enhance the majesty of the hotel. I have stayed here twice in 2007 and 2018 and the quality of the hotel remains the same high level. If your budget is not an issue, stay here when visiting Athens.
The hotel is an oasis! Marble everywhere adds to the grand ambiance. The decor is modern and comfortable, the service is just absolutely delightful, and the views from the top were simply astonishing!!!
Very much impressed and extremely happy with my stay!! Thank you Hilton Athens!
Nice hotel, always been but quite rude personnel at the front office.......those Greek girls are snobbish...... probably not well educated !!! Turism industry is a serious business, demanding the best of everything !!!!!! So try to fix it ...... Now!!!
This is a very nice hotel in a good part of Athens. When I checked in, I had a broken shower, and was a little annoyed because this should have been found and fixed before anyone checked into the room. But, the staff took care of it quickly. Outside of that, I m having a good stay. The staff is very friendly. And, the location of the hotel is good. It s only about a mile and a half from the Acropolis. I walked there and back earlier. And, there are several restaurants close by.
Like most Hilton's, this one does not skip out on making sure you are well treated. Staff is friendly, robes are cozy, and the views of the Parthenon are beautiful. During my stay, we were trying to find the best view of the sunset. We gave up and ended back at the hotel just in time to see the aftermath of the most beautiful sunset at the Parthenon, all from the comfort of our hotel balcony.
