Great hotel, staff very friendly and helpful. Only downside is the price of food and drink - we chose to eat and drink in local bars and cafes.

Not worth the costly rate per night, not even a 4 star hotel

Great place to stay, when you walk in the front desk area wad bright and inviting. Our room was recently renovated adding a very retro look. The view fro. Our balcony was an amazing look at the city. All the restaurants served yummy food and provided 10 plus service. The roof top bar had a stunning night time view with music and a DJ. The spa and pool provide all I needed for some down time. I needed a few extra things. House keeping wad more than happy to bring anything to me I nerded.

The tribute to the Brazilian cuisine was great. And the staff kind and helpful. No trace of visibility. A luxury I would most often like to offer my family.

Room-Nice but AC didn t work well. Definitely get a room on the Acropolis side for a view. Didn t like that there was a fridge but it was completely full of items for purchase. Bathrooms-Nice and had hot water but shower didn t drain well. Location-Thumbs up. Room service-Fair selection and options 24 hours. Note the 8 Euro charge for the tray. Breakfast-Probably the highlight. Great selection. It was included with the room so be sure to check the price before sitting down. I d probably give them 3.5 stars but I m feeling like rounding down.

Expensive, but comes with a great view and nice service!! Hotel does not provide cab service though!!

Beautiful hotel accesible to all the major sites in Athens. Some rooms have Acropolis view and the Galaxy Bar was great, although you will pay for the view. Definitely save time to check out the pool if the weather is nice and the spa.

You pay for the name and not for the quality, but it is OK and you have a great view from the bar at the top.

Nice rooms great location. Friendly and competent staff. One of the oldest chain hotels in Athens. Prices are 5 star hotel prices but nothing too extreme.

Personel very helpful and cheerful. Room good with excellent view, location convenient for centre.

The bar at the top of the Hilton is a must visit for anyone wanting nice drinks with the best view of Athens possible.

A very clean and well presented hotel. Friendly staff. Rooms are modern and immaculate. The executive lounge is a nice amenity with snacks and drinks, alcohol is available during happy hour. Remote views of the acropolis from the high floors.

Superb hotel With best Pool in Athens and greatest roof top bar With stunning View of Acropolis. Also very nice gym and spa.

I have visited several times the restaurants of this Hotel (Byzantino, Galaxy and Milos) as I live in Athens and I had always admired the high quality of food and service. In other words it was always a great experience I had a wonderful time!

Love the location, beautiful view of the Acropolis and the property is gorgeous. Definitely my pick for an amazing stay in Athens.

Rooftop Bar almost impossible to get a table to enjoy the Rooftop beautiful view of Athens, in the evenings. The staff of not very welcoming or accommodating. I recommend Milo's restaurant if you want to have an incredible meal.

My big fat Greek taxi bamboozle here! Checked out on June 18th, 2018, and my husband settled up the bill with the front desk and then we left to wait for our taxi out front. Unbeknownst to us, the hotel--after we settled up and checked out--added an additional 48 Euro charge for the taxi, which we did NOT authorize. We are both high level Hilton Honors members and are appalled at this! We caught our taxi, paid the guy in cash, like we do all taxi drivers, and flew home. Then, a nice little additional charge ends up on our AMEX after we checked out and after we paid our taxi driver--the HOTEL charged us for the taxi too!!!! Hmmm, still waiting for a refund, still waiting for Hilton to address this issue we reported...seems like some kind of scam. But, we'll update this review AFTER this gets resolved. And it BETTER get resolved quickly.

View all Athens from the Galaxy of Hilton, Acropolis and the sea-Piraeus. It's worth at least for a coffee and not only!

We were at the end of our vacation in Athens and in a taxi in route to the airport when I realized I left our passports and $1300 cash in the room safe ...(5 minutes from the airport). Our flight was at 6am and it was now 4:45am !! In a panic, I told the taxi driver to take us back to the hotel because we left passports and $$. He was very calm and said we would miss our flight if he turned around now. He said he would call another taxi driver to bring me the passport and $$. He called the hotel, the hotel bellman talked to me via the taxi drivers cell phone... called security and once security was present he asked for the safe password. I was dropped off in front of the airport and waited outside not sure who or if they would even show up with these important documents. I started to panic, realizing that we may not be able to leave this country without our passports. There were so many taxis coming and going and how was I supposed to know which one had my passport. Finally, a taxi pulls up in front of me and a man approaches with a sealed envelope, asked me to count the money, review the passports and then sign the letter of release from the Hilton. Everything was there!! It was now 5:30am..... we ran like crazy people thru the airport and made our flight. I was so relieved and grateful to these people that were so kind and honest. After this experience I wanted to write about it and let Hilton and Athens, Greece know that you have world class employees and citizens. Thank you ...there are still really good people in this world.

The numbers , just terrible.
The rooms are great, while the morning capucchino coffee is indescribable shame.

From the best and most luxurious hotels of Athens ... the view from the Galaxy bar is simply enchanting

The place is centuries ahead of all levels. You are happy to give your money. Galaxy Bar is one of the best places to relax and have fun.

The 5 stars are quite a few for the staff. The restaurant is wonderful. Congratulations.

Nice old time classic place! With modern design! Very expensive and small cocktails though, great taste as always. It maybe the best cocktail bar in Athens! But still very expensive and smaller portion than ever before! the one in the middle is without alcohol! The other two are the portion of a glass of champagne...nice music, great Acropolis view!

One of the upscale hotels in Athens.... beautiful location... the rooms are spacious and well equipped... the Rooftop Restaurant is amazing with a Panoramic view of the city.. Plaka is close to the property.. also the first Olympiapark is near...they have a pickup and drop facility to the airport.. the Breakfast is Good with a big spread

Very good service, breakfast had a huge variety of meals and several juices. The beds and rooms themselves were comfortable. The elevator was fast but you didn't even feel the acceleration. The people working were very friendly and hospitable.

Great place to walk-in like walking into a Palace... can't find anything for not falling in love with... very close... errrr.. walking distance to Acropolis .... well organized site seeing tour's.... life time memory to be at Hilton Athens Greece.. ( fasted Internet )..

Beautiful hotel with gorgeous rooms and views, excellent staff, a great pool area (indoor and outdoor), and top notch staff. The roof bar is a must see, but the drink prices are definitely expensive.

Premium lifestyle and historical hotel near Syntagma Square. Kinda pricy.

Nice hotel, not the most luxurious and modern that you can find but deserves all the stars!

The Hilton outdoor pool is tops! Right now the water is pretty cold (19 celsius today) which I don't mind, but it's not for everybody!!! With sunny days the water will get warmer.

Great example of modernist architecture in the centre of Athens in an upscale area. The rooms have recently been refurbished but they feel a bit bland. There is some horrible art on the walls and appaling furniture in the lobby. The outdoor pool is noisy and crass. Overall, this place has an 80s feel to it and it's way too expensive for what it has to offer. Try staying somewhere else, where your money can really buy you a luxury experience.

What a wonderful and convenient place to stay in Athens. The staff was very friendly and helpful, even when we had to change our stay before our flight out of country. The rooftop restaurant and bar staff were very helpful in menu suggestions. The food and drinks were excellent. It made us sad to leave knowing that it would be a couple of years before we get back there.
