Clearn and Luxurious. Very welcoming, professional and polite staff.

Very nice, top quality facility. Conference room area is comfortable and open with comfortable seating in the open area. Catered food is good.

Beautiful hotel with huge bathroom but only 2 hours of sleep due to constant gurgling in plumbing in bathroom, uncomfortable beds and the worst pillows I have ever seen. Daughter said same thing too. Family gets to start vacation sore and exhausted. Even melatonin couldn't fix it.

My favorite downtown Houston hotel. Very clean, modern rooms, convenient eating areas, and an OUTSTANDING gym with a great view from a high floor. Shuttle service will get you to your office, and several restaurants and pro sports are all within walking distance.

Convenient skybridge to the george brown convention center. Do not have mini fridge in rooms but you can request one. Decent sized room

Great hotel, was here for a family member's wedding. Room was great, restaurant was great, pretty much everything was great. The parking situation was a little confusing, but they just changed to a new system, and I don't think they've worked out all the kinks yet.

Staff was very nice. The pool has an amazing view so does the executive lounge. first floor is very nice to enjoy. There are other restaurants nearby in a convenient location

Too bad your hotel discriminates against Muslim women survivors who are now ex-Muslim. Disgusting! If you will support vocal Muslims you should also support vocal non Muslims. will never go to your hotel again and we do a lot of traveling

You are paying for the name . It's a nice hotel but the fine tuning is lacking. The electric outlets, the refrigerator and TV were not functioning properly . Other than that nice place

Beautiful hotel. Next to the convention center, Toyota center, minute maid park best location possible for a hotel. Room was clean and standard size. Hotel gym is spectacular and there is a view of downtown from the topmost floor.

I was just there visiting someone. The rooms seemed nice.

I had a very tiring night, and to be frank, I was plain tuckered out. To my delight, I quickly found a movie called "Tremors 4" when I turned on the television in my room. This movie HAS IT ALL. You want guns? Got em. You want giant worms with 3 snakes for a tongue? Got em. I especially loved the ending where mustache guy shoots a gatling gun at the dirt. This hotel rules. 5 stars.

I stayed with Hilton for a trade show which was held in the attached convention center. I am a simple person and don't ask for much. With that said the room was more than adequate. If you like Starbucks there was one in the lobby. As for the bar, the beer was cold but took close to 25 minutes to place and order. I would recommend it to others.

Their Starbucks doesn't take mobile orders, but it's a pretty nice place

Excellent gym, short lap lanes in the pool, and nice downtown hotel setup.

The lobby was ornate. The bar in the lobby had good local beer and great appetizers. My room was comfortable and well appointed. The fitness center was clean with a wide array of machines. The room service menu was wide and quite delicious. You should definitely stay here if you visit Houston, TX.

Room was beautiful but toiletries are minimal. Ballroom where the convention was held on the fourth floor was very nice and helpful concierge.

There were several time in the night that that were knocks to the windows. We didn't know if they were birds or some other noise. We in room12053. Additionally, I also lost my Apple Mac cord during this visit, but the staff said there was nothing turned in. Bad little experiences, but overall ok.

Fantastic hotel! I stayed in the executive suite and I really enjoyed spending time in the sky loft. They breakfast was notably well made with lots of options to choose from, even carrot juice! They even had an evening snack time which I particularly liked. The staff was friendly, professional and extremely helpful. They responded very quickly to our requests with room service. I took advantage of the complimentary shoe shine and I was so happy with how my boots came back looking fresh and in less than an hour. The lobby is marvelous with glass blown light installations that will blow you away. There's also a Starbucks and papasitos inside as well as an upscale gift shop. Walking distance from George R. Brown convention center and discovery green. I am more than satisfied with my stay here. 10/10 would recommend.

I work here pretty often in the event industry .. the meeting rooms and large with high ceilings and accommodate large and small events .. good catering staff.

Beautiful facility, many amenities, coveniently located, convenient parking garage accessible via a skybridge, within walking distance of several fun destinations.

Great accommodations and friendly staff. We were staying for a volleyball tournament that was hosted in the adjoining George R. Brown Convention Center. This hotel makes it convenient for the back and forth between games. The indoor pool and sky deck are nice but can become crowded quickly. Luckily there are plenty of areas in the hotel to relax along with the hotel's convenient location to a nice park across the street make down time easy . The hotel is close to nearby eateries and the Phoenicia food store right down the street has an excellent deli that is similar to a Wholefoods. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Staying for the Houston Half Marathon. Rooms and service were great along with the location.

I ve been coming to the Hilton every opening day week for the Houston Astros. The rooms have been clean and ready every time we check in early. I like how Discovery green is just a few steps from the hotel. I recommend the breakfast from the 1600 Bar+ Grille the omelettes is something that I look forward to every morning we check out. For a local like myself I always enjoy something that has the home away from home feeling I ve been loyal to the Hilton because it has met that criteria and hasn t disappointed.

The hotel was nice. But they did nothing about the loud family in the next room with teens/kids sceaming until 2am. The chasing and running around on our floor and yelling all day was also inappropriate. Nothing was done to stop the bad behavior.

Great hotel, friendly staff, and it is downtown Houston next to all the convention centers, ballparks, and stadiums. I was here for ILTA convention, and this hotel certainly makes it convenient to walk over without going outside. Certainly nice in the humid summer months! It's also nice to have great restaurants and coffee shops in the hotel or within walking distance. Fantastic!

The collective of maneyer are exemplary, they work in the hotel with a good working relationship and without pressure of work they all know what has to be done to comply with the service standards

Went for a conference. Nice facilities, but due to being in the city, difficult to get in or out. Parking is a little expensive.

Wonderful lobby with a restaurant and shopping neat by. Really in the heart of Houston near all the major stadiums, and a shopping mall. The hotel ajoins the convention hall and also is ajacent to a park with splash pad for kids and play ground.

The hotel was fantastic with great staffing, I gave 3 stars for the POOR valet. We stood outside for 50 minutes, apparently they lost the key and checked the car in under the wrong description. Then the lady in the valet office was defensive about the situation which frustrated us more. I had to personally ask to talk to a manager after 30 minutes of waiting. Very unprofessional for the Hilton.

Love the Presidents suite. They have a great view overlooking the Toyota Center on the patio on the 24th. The pool is indoor. It is a pricy downtown hotel next to many different restraunts and discovery green. Its nice to walk over to discovery greeen. Great hotel for conventions at the George R Brown.

Hotel is cool but they charge for everything and the breakfast buffet sucks donkey nuts

Hotel was nice but the service was poor. Room service was poor and housekeeping knocked on the door at 10am asking if "we were leaving yet?" While I was trying to get me two girls dressed and ready when check out wasn't till 12am. Was over charged and spoken to like I was uneducated. Will not be returning.

Went to get drinks half an hour before closing time, first person I taked to was short with me, insuring they were about to close... otherwise, beautiful place and great atmosphere
