The accommodations and staff have been great. Rooms are clean and noise is low as it can be for a hotel downtown. I d stay here again for sure. My only reason for marking it down a star is because of the mediocre food and the high prices for it. For $14 bucks I would hope my hamburger tasted amazing but it didn t. So if you can, eat out not in.

The hotel is in an excellent location. The bar is huge and has Pappasitos restaurant on the bottom floor. Makes concert going easy when you book a room and enjoy the night and the sights of down town Houston. Ive booked it several times for concerts at Toyota Center. The rooms are very comfortable and it was extremely enjoyable!

The hotel is very clean. It's been updated relatively recently and is in an excellent location. It's extremely close to downtown and across the street from discovery green. The only negative so far is the parking. You will pay an additional 24 dollars a day to park in the garage near the hotel.

Stayed 6 days and received exceptional care and service all 6 days in a beautiful hotel. Corey, Arai, and Aurora were so helpful and made sure I had everything I needed to feel at home away from home.

Make sure you wear your suit and tie to the bar or you will be asked to leave by the police. Excellent service will get you all one referral....being horrible to a customer will get you 32,000 bad ones. Sorry Hilton...you have lost my business.

Nice hotel, easy check in, not too noisy even though there was an event there that night, self parking not included but we knew this, only unexpected con was the single foam pillow vs 2.

Very nice rooms had a problem with the TV the last two days but didn't have to use it that much. Besides the pool closing early (in my eyes) it was perfectly fine. I love the location for being so close to the George R Brown center.

Great hotel. Very friendly staff. They do offer valet parking.
The beds and pillows were very comfortable.

We were on the 14th floor and had a great view.

The pool and deck area was very nice. The pool is an indoor pool so it was a bit loud. It was on the 23rd floor so the view was pretty.

We stayed at this hotel because we were going to a concert at the Toyota Center. It was a quick walk across the street.

We were able to enjoy the park and restaurants across the street too during our free time.

Rooms, beds, and people are very friendly and comfortable. But I ended up paying almost 50$ to park for one night and the views from the room are unimpressive. You either have to look at the roof of the Toyota center and construction or George R Brown dirty roof. If I'm going to pay this much I would expect better. The shuttle does not run during the weekends! I was flabbergasted. Although was a close uber to all of down town amenities and bars, thanks again uber. In all had a great visit, but I would spend my money on somwhere else downtown, where I can get my car valet for 50$.

Fanciest looking hotel I've ever stayed at, but the actual room itself had problems. The toilet seat wouldn't stay up, and the lamp in the room kept shorting out, so we had to unplug it.

They need to get their rooms in good shape instead of just making the lobby look amazing.

Given the price, it would also be nice if breakfast was complimentary.

Went to a fundraising event here and had an excellent time. While I haven't stayed, it's an excellent location. It's downtown and literally connected to the George R. Brown Convention Center, making it great for a tax deductible trip with the family while you attend a conference.

Perfect place to stay if you are seeing a concert at the Toyota Center. While other people sit in traffic after it's over, you can walk across the street and be in a comfortable room in just a few minutes.

Very nice, newer property right on Discovery Park with nice views of downtown. The executive lounge is worth it, good snacks and drinks and staff is excellent. Only 10 mins or so from Museum District.

The Hilton Hotel is a great place to stay. They like to keep things professional, but they don't cast people out just because you aren't staying with them. Their bar is a pretty comfortable spot to hang out and having the George R. Brown Convention Center along with Discovery Green beside it is a plus. Is recommend people to consider their stay at the Hilton Hotel. It's a very good center spot to have as a checkpoint for any visits in Houston requiring you to be in downtown.

The room was ok; dated. There was no changing room to change at pool. Unless you paid extra to use the changing room at the "spa". Expected to queue to change in a toilet (that didn't lock). The toilet was not kept overly clean. Didn't appreciate this rip off mentality.

I am visiting Houston for a conference. While meeting a colleague for breakfast this morning, I encountered a very pleasant summer intern named, Erin Sowersby. I would have never guessed that she was an intern unless she told me. Erin has a natural gift for hospitality and carries herself like a professional. She has a get it done, no problem attitude that will make any hotel guest feel very special.
