Nice, fancy hotel with all the features you could want. Very well located, friendly, happy staff is a testament to how the hotel is right. I always say.

Hotel has fast internet at a d tech support can help you configure your Roku for streaming on the in room WiFi.

I did not get to see the pool or spa but the Pappasitos restaurant near the elevator has excellent ceviche and an awesome staff.

Stayed in a park view room and had a really great view. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The service at this location has been fantastic as well. I'd recommend a stay here, especially if you're planning on enjoying an Astros game. It's within walking distance.

The hotel is nice and big, the beds are comfortable. Easy to park for 24$ per night before tax. But the hotel guest service hotline staff, a man was insulting and make us on hold for almost an hour. We called two times and the only word he said was: Can you hold? Then he will cut off the call before we answer. Hope we should have a better conversation next time. This is really bad, hope hotel could give us an apology and would never do this again.

Too expensive for its terrible amenities and way too expensive at 250+ per night. I came up and stayed for Anime Matsuri.

Want breakfast? Nope. Not even a damn muffin. Unless you wanna pay 30$ a person per day.

Want internet? Lobby only. Unless you join their rewards club or pay 15$ a day.

Luggage carts? 15 minute times and they confiscate your ID like your going to sell their cart for a meth hit.

Elevator service? Slowest in the nation. 6 minute waits in average.

Parking? 27$ a day.

So many hidden fees and costs for a room with a tiny fridge, no microwave, and weak showers.

If the people here weren't lucky enough to be next to a convention center their greed would sink it.

Traveled to Houston for a Convention of almost 20K. By way of Hilton Honors, I was able to review rooms and choose an upgrade to a PURE room (allergens removed/treated) and able to select my room (very convenient). The staff has been very accommodating to say the least. During my stay, I needed to complete some tasks and I was able to use the computer/internet/printer at no charge! It was very convenient and added value to my stay. The food selections were amenable to my budget and the hotel also set a food station in the lobby near the restaurant for quick bites (greatly appreciated). I needed to transfer rooms and within 2 minutes, Bellman Norman was walking me to my room and less than 10 minutes later, we moved my and my roommates things to my new room. Maria from Housekeeping deliver some sheets to my room and cared enough to ask about my accommodations and actual took p.m. pictures of things that weren't up to her standards. Its nice when you care about the customers and the appearance of your workplace. I would definitely stay at the Hilton Americas in the future.

Nice looking hotel, but nickel-and-dime the 'captive audience' they are hosting as 'guests.' For instance, parking? $27 per night. Coincidentally, that's also the cost of a breakfast buffet. Sheesh. I'm not going to pay $75 for my wife, son, and me to eat breakfast. I didn't want to be petty, so I didn't take photos of this, but for the price of the hotel room, I would think the wallpaper shouldn't be peeling off the bathroom walls. There was also some tile work separating on the shower wall. Sure, it's convenient to the George R. Brown convention center, but I'll be sure to bring my own food and beverages next time.

They have their own parking garage and it cost us 25 a night to park there. Our room was nice and had all the standard features. They have a Olympic size pool and a huge hot tub as well. Also, I loved the Mexican food restaurant downstairs and the hotel bar.

The staff here was very attentive. The rooms were nice and clean and the bar area was great so that we did not have to go forward to have a few drinks. This hotel is within walking distance of the Discovery Green restaurants. we used their valet to park our truck, and we did not need our truck again until it was time to go home.

Great hotel in downtown Houston near the convention center and walking distance to stadiums and restaurants. The rooms are really nice, great customer service, and the pool is on the top floor (it is enclosed but it has great views). The hotel room is up to date, comfortable bed, and a nice bathroom. The spa is on the 21st floor, and it s very nice with great views as well of the city. There is a Starbucks and a pappasitos connected to the hotel.

I had a question about one of their policies and the manager on duty promptly got the Director of Security to discuss the policy with me. He told me that all Hilton's in the State of Texas had the same policy. I had recently stayed at two other Hilton's in Texas and they both confirmed that they did not have the same policy. I called Hilton corporate to complain about being lied to and was told that they would have the General Manager call me. It has been several weeks and I still have not heard from him. I have put a couple of reviews on their Facebook page and they keep deleting them. It is sad that a person of such authority felt the need to be dishonest with a guest and the General Manager doesn't care to address the issue.

The staff here have been super helpful.
First night Janet, was able to assist me with checking in making it simple and stress free. She gave me a run down of the hotel and it s features.
Later, I was able to get a room change through Hilton s texting feature which is super convenient. Jacob, was able to assist me with the room change since I work nights at the hospital I wouldn t be able to come during regular check in time. He really went out of his way to accommodate me and my time frame. Thank you all so much!

Awesome hotel with amazing staff. Brenda went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing stay! She took my six year old son and made his breakfast for him so my husband and I could make our plates! My husband wanted an ice coffee so without being asked she went and found supplies to make him one and bring it to where we were sitting! Amazing guest service! Way above what is required or asked!

Very nice room and pretty clear. The bathtub had a hair inside and the TV and some lights weren't working when I first arrived. Turns out they were simply uplugged so not the worst case scenario. Would definitely stay again as it was close to lots of events and venues.

Hilton Elegance flows throughout the establishment. The water features and columns are brought to life with accents from the blown glass chandelier. Excellent location to do so many activities downtown.
