I only wanted to know the price of two cars and all I kept being told about was the finance options. Over and over again. Didn't even attempt to show us round any of the cars in the showroom, even after we had said we were open to suggestions.

Yusuf was very helpful he made sure that I got everything I needed great customer service.

Well... having read the previous reviews I can say that my visit was entirely good. The prices were explained and kept to, no charge for diagnostics, no surprises on the bill, constant updates via text or phone, polite and smiling reception, lovely little courtesy car. The work did over run slightly but I was warned and kept the courtesy car.. no issues... no unnecessary work... If you can find better main dealer service than that then well done... Highly recommended.. :)

10/10 my sale assistant Matthew helped me threw so much giving me the best options to take and gave me all the information I needed. They are all very friendly and a bonus of being offered a hot drink every time i walked in and I am so pleased with the service I have been giving and the manager foyzul Alam came out and greeted him self to me after buying the car and making sure I am happy with everything thank you Toyota I'd defiantly buy another car of them.

Just bought a used Kia sw from Eagell through their sales ex James.
Living in Teesside this was a considerable worry for this nr 77yr old. I have NEVER bought a car without seeing and driving it and was concerned with being over 200mls from the dealership but exchanging for a similar but 10yr old model, and with James, s persistent and convincing reassurance I decided to go ahead.
James was persistent on the tel. but very attentive to my needs and questions and unlike other dealerships phoned back daily to help me towards a decision.
James was good to negotiate with and as a retired Sales Man I was quick to recognise his qualities and the car having been delivered by a pleasant and experienced driver, I have no reservations in recommending this dealership and James in particular to anyone wishing to buy a used car or a new Toyota.

So I had brought my car from the showroom in 2013 and had my car for over 5 years and I can honestly say the service given here is amazing! from the initial looking around, to test driving to after sales, servicing MOT and query handling they are always on point. The care they provide for you even after the sale has gone through is amazing, maintain regular contact to see if the car is going well, if we need anything or just general queries to make sure we are happy. This is without a doubt one of the best car customer services we have had and therefore we recommend to everyone. The car was absolute amazing too.. never had any issues or any trouble what so ever. The team that work at Bishop Storford are a true asset to Toyota.

I've been a customer for 9 years and always received excellent after sales customer care. Staff always polite and there is a courtesy car to hand so I don't need to wait around.

In light of the above I was encouraged to use Toyota again for my new purchase. Following the usual negotiation process, they helped me to get a suitable car which I perceive to be good value for money.

I have just been to Steven Eagell,s in Bishops Stortford To look at the Toyota range, as I need to change my car in three months.

I was greeted in the first instance by Pauline, the receptionist, who was very efficient, having told her why I had come in there today, asked me to take a seat in the reception area whilst she went for the Motability agent, Samantha Freight.

Wow! what can I say about Samantha Freight, she is to Toyota, what Wikipedia is to the internet. Samantha's knowledge of Toyota cars is unbelievable, through the whole range of your cars.

By the end of that meeting, and being so impressed by Samantha, I signed up for the Prius Plus, which arrives in March, She is an asset to your company.

Bought a car from Graham and would echo the review posted by Oliver below. Graham was fast to respond to my sale enquiry, allocate a build slot, and has kept me up to date, including arranging a test drive on the one-day that a vehicle was available to do so. Very happy with the service - just a shame Graham cant speed up the factory, car does not arrive until 2022!

Could not wish for better service for the purchase of an Aygo for our Daughter. From the initial phonecall through to the pick up of the vehicle, Matteo was friendly, informative, and just briliant. He was never a "pushy salesman" and always listened and respected our concerns, making sure that we were happy. Cannot fault the service of the dealership, every staff member polite and a joy to talk to, but Matteo really is the star here ! We wish we could give him 10 stars ! I had the pleasure in dealing with Samantha Freight from Bishops Stortford Toyota with my mum's mobility car renewal. She took her time with the test drive and made sure my mum was comfortable with the car we choose. Callum looked after us wonderfully: we went in for one car and came out with two! The whole experience, right through to collecting the first of the cars (the other arrives in a few weeks' time) was seamless. Callum kept us up to speed with progress and was fantastic at ironing out a problem (that wasn't his, but that he owned). A first-class experience from start to finish.

I am very happy to choose here. I asked for appointment to view a car, they get back to me quickly. When I have arrived, car was ready to view and test drive it. Everything was on time. The car was as they said, as in 360 photos inside/outside. No push, all questions have been answered. Then, decided to buy it and they are quite happy to help on best deal. Shane is a professional salesman, not a time waster. He was very patient with me when I kept changing my mind! On the collection day, car was very clean, service and MOT done as agreed. Informed about all the features, and got also a surprise from Toyota. Thanks for all.
