Abrupt and inflexible. Made an online enquiry regarding house insurance and had a phone call saying they could not quote until existing was due to expire! The woman who called was unfriendly, and clearly wanted to get onto the next call. Ill stick with the other companies who are prepared to give a quote in advance. Who would want to wait until your existing policy is up for renewal before getting new prices in?!!
