Bought a $1200 tool box for my step deck trailer, the latch had broke within 50 miles of travel, and lost 10 brand new straps and there SS door opened and rubbed on the tire and all the said was here is a new rod,$1200 box, I have 10 of them on all my trailers, and they wouldn't replaced straps and or door, needless to say I'll never but anyone if there boxes again, just sended like crappy customer service.
