I have to say i dont usually write reviews but i loved working for this company. If i hadnt had to move I would still be there. Everyone is so friendly and they make it their goal to help you grow in your career. I applied with limited expierence and they took the time to teach me everything from the ground up. I have never felt like a company cared about me until i started working here. Those people who hate on this place need to realize the potential this career has for them. I think the best thing i learned from highland was that you have to invest your time into something to get the desired results. I would love to thank the owner of this company because she believed in me when i lost all my confidence and helped me through some of the toughest times ive ever had! If i ever go back to Austin i will definitely reapply!
