What can I say about our HigherVisibility team? We've only been working with them for about 6 months, but the quality of the deliverables is outstanding. The only limitation is our in-house capacity to implement all of the great content recommendations. They do something that only the great agencies do: They push us and keep pushing us. We outsource things because we lack the resources to do them ourselves, so it's important that the deliverables from outside the building are constantly refreshed in our mindshare. Our account manager, Caitlin, is ridiculously responsive. She recently had a dental procedure and I was reluctant to send her any inquiries because I was afraid she'd put the dentist on hold to get an answer for me. In all seriousness, I've worked with A LOT of agencies, most of which are pretty excellent, and Caitlin is probably one of the most effective (and efficient) points-of-contact I've ever had. She serves the role of point guard, putting us in touch with the right HV resource at the right time. She also has a great attitude and emits positivity all day long. It's NEVER a case of "oh great, another call with [insert agency here]." I have a lot of weekly calls, and this is one that's always beneficial and productive. In fact, everybody I've worked with there has a great attitude. They're smart, dedicated, and totally focused on the client. Their research is solid, their recommendations sound. They have become trusted advisors for me and BBQGuys, and they help keep us pointed in the right direction - which is a challenge in ecommerce SEO, which literally changes daily. I recommend HigherVisibility VERY highly. Great people make a company great.

After signing-on with HigherVisibility after being with another SEO agency for the past 4 years, I have been very impressed. Their communication is great, as well as their SEO knowledge and approach.
