Hideout Property Owners Assn Review

A very secure place to live. Very expensive.good if you can use all the amenities. They are not cheap.

We have a vacation home here and I can tell you the security at this place is like Fort Knox but it makes you feel safe to be away from your house for weeks at a time. The amenities are great and the community is beautiful.

I really like it here so far our neighbors are nice, excellent security. Tiana just bought our house and were not quite moved all the way in yet things are happening real fast. it'll be nice here in the fall and winter a big change for both of us me moving from Scranton, and Tiana, from Long Island NY.

Security is nice but our house was recently broke into. So must be someone who lives in the HO. Granted we haven't been to the property in the last 6 months. But a bit shocked the house was broke into tbh.

Comfortable living close to nature. 3+ lakes, 2 swimming pools, golf, skiing, tennis, gym, bocce and more. Great neighbors. Eagels nest.

My husband and I loved our home in the Hideout....it was our tranquility..we were going to retire there in 2018, until his passing last November and my selling our home this fall.

My wife and I started looking for a forever home last year. A friend recommended we check out The Hideout. We are from the rat race in NJ and we were looking to move to the country. We started looking at homes to purchase within our budget. First of all, the prices of the homes are fantastic as compared to Northern NJ. Our taxes here are about $7000 cheaper then we were paying in NJ. We found an 11 year old house on about a 1/3 of an acre, and double the square footage of our NJ home. The amenities include, beaches, multiple lakes, 2 heated pools, 10 tennis courts, a pristine 9 hole golf course with pro shop and club house, skiing and tubing on the property, 24/7/365 security, and many others. We have been here since August and absolutely love it here! If you're looking for a summer retreat or a year round forever home, this IS the place.

Beautiful community! Lots of amenities to enjoy. It's a perfect place to enjoy a family vacation or a weekend getaway. It's within a reasonable distance to many attractions, restaurants, movie theatres, flea markets, gift shops and more. The community is safe, secure and clean and all of the staff is very helpful!
We would recommend renting or buying a house here for weekend getaways or family vacations. Not so suitable for prom parties, loud parties or reckless entertainment.
