I was referred to this firm by my union. What a horror show! I have nerve damage in my feet and hands, Drs.think it was caused by exposure to toxins at work. I provided all my medical records to this firm. (more on that later) The first attorney quit, got a new one, he quit. Got another attorney, she quit, another attorney and she quit. I called and asked what was going on. A few days later I get a call from one of the partners who told me he was personally going to handle my case. He lied. My case was given to an attorney who said settle for 2k and go away. I said after all the time an energy I had invested I wanted to see the judge as I was assured by previous attorneys that I had a good case. The last attorney didn t answer questions and didn t know the facts of my case. Someone had lost my file with blood tests that showed the toxins. I showed him a copy outside the courtroom. It was obvious he had never seen them before. The insurance company had much better attorneys. I lost my claim.
ps I left out the part when these experts filed on an insurance company that had gone out of business!

I had three work comp cases and one personal injury go through that office and I have never seen the trifecta of incompetence Endure the test of time like HRO... Michael Roy I wouldn t let handle anything for me. And he s the one who handled my work comp cases when I was at AT&T. David Hiden; I had better luck litigating my own personal injury and letting David Hiden do it. I felt like I was being sacrificed for the greater good or a pawn in a game they play with one another, And big companies. It was all bad. On my work comp case when I found out that the company I was working for and the union that I was paying to represent me and the lawyer that was suing AT&T we re all in bed together well you know what can I say it burst my bubble. Definitely conflicting interests do not use them.
