I was referred to this firm by my union. What a horror show! I have nerve damage in my feet and hands, Drs.think it was caused by exposure to toxins at work. I provided all my medical records to this firm. (more on that later) The first attorney quit, got a new one, he quit. Got another attorney, she quit, another attorney and she quit. I called and asked what was going on. A few days later I get a call from one of the partners who told me he was personally going to handle my case. He lied. My case was given to an attorney who said settle for 2k and go away. I said after all the time an energy I had invested I wanted to see the judge as I was assured by previous attorneys that I had a good case. The last attorney didn t answer questions and didn t know the facts of my case. Someone had lost my file with blood tests that showed the toxins. I showed him a copy outside the courtroom. It was obvious he had never seen them before. The insurance company had much better attorneys. I lost my claim.
ps I left out the part when these experts filed on an insurance company that had gone out of business!
A total cluster flux!
A horrible experience
If you listen to there phone message about all the bad things law firms do and they claim they don t do that. A TOTAL LIE!
