Nightmare. We sat down with what we knew should have been a routine transfer of ownership. Instead it took an hour and we still hadn't gotten any closer to finishing. We couldn't understand him. We sat there asking what he was doing. He said that ICBC computer was down... and nothing else. We had to keep asking questions to get anything out of him. How long? What's going on? How's it going? People in line left out of frustration. We were committed so stayed. It was on Sunday, and he ended up calling another co worker and going through screen after screen on the ICBC system getting help..tap, tap, tap, staring down at the computer.. tap, tap. mumble, mumble.. I thought there may have been a hidden camera somewhere.. like a joke... then he said the ICBC system was down. He told us to come back on Monday to finish. Totally useless and waste of our time.... yeh right... we left and went to another ICBC centre and they completed the same transfer... in 10 minutes flat. I would never recommend going to Hicks Insurance.
