I am currently in the process of building with Hickinbotham. Katina Rennie my Client Liaison has been so helpful providing information and quick to responding to emails during my Pre-construction Stage. Highly Recommend Katina.

I had my selections appointment last week with Lindy Halman and she was amazing. Gave me a few extra Ideas that I hadn't even thought of. I managed to keep my upgrades under budget and still get what I wanted. I can't wait to see my house be built and to finally be living it. Thank you, Hickinbotham Team that have assisted me so far. Your great work has not gone unnoticed.

Hickinbotham were an amazing builder. They have built me and my family an amazing home. The staff were wonderful throughout the process and very supportive as this was the first time I had ever built.

Went to the design centre and we were looked after beautifully by a woman who was very good at her job and made the whole process so easy. We were given snacks and drinks and enjoyed the morning.

Hickinbotham has been a great experience, we have now lived in our new home for a year and things are looking great, when we were within the maintainace period , we had an issue with out bench top laminate, no questions asked it was replaced for us with a new one, they not only agreed with the issue but supplied and installed a whole new bench top for us even after 4 months.
We found them to be courteous and professional, build quality is good and the only issue was the paint job.
Overall a good experience I will choose them again if I ever build a second home.
