I've been using Hill Laboratories tables in my chiropractic practice for 10 years and love the tables! Hill stands behind their products and have been extremely helpful and timely in responding to any minor issues that I've had regarding re-upholstering or anything else.
Poor customer service! Vendor forces their customers to place their own orders for replacement cushions online. As soon as we can stop using this company we are.

Sales person told me there would be a 14 - 16 week build time for a chiropractic table as they were really busy. I was told if I wanted to pay 10% more I could cut the line and have it sooner . Sounds like unfair practice or extortion to me .

Have had one of there tables for 15 years now. Has held up great, only had to replace the little break pad two times and get it lubed up once every few years.

Great equipment at a really good price. I have been using Hill Labs tables for 23 years. One of my tables was built in 1991, I bought it used, and is still in great working order. When I have a maintenance issue they have guided me through the repairs so I can service my table myself. The top covers are durable and have lasted at least 8 years despite heavy use. When they need to be replaced I make a quick call then order online and new covers show up at my door a few weeks later. I never hesitate to recommend Hill Labs.
I am 5 years into practice and have 5 Auto Flex tables. Patients do not want to use any other table. I have a nice Thuli table and another mechanical drop table and the patients think they are being shafted by not getting the Hill Table. I would recommend over any other brand. My practice is successful and I owe some of that to choosing to have multiple Hill Tables. Very nice company. I visited the factory and saw the manufacturing process and met some of the workers. Stop waiting and just get the table they are the best.
I have been a Hill customer for 15 or more years and purchased 3 tables, and other equipment in that time... more recently I needed replacement cushions and Briana Boden walked me through the ordering and purchasing process specific to my table model. Seemed like a very detailed process depending on which Hill table you have. She was very patient and able to expedite my delivery based on the scheduled time that I set up with the installer.... In all, it was a seemless process.
