HEISCO is one of the leading construction company in Kuwait.Its working atmosphere totally changed after Egyptian gets full power.Heisco have very good working culture some years back.Now condition changed and seems to be going to sink.

There is no any separation for foreman and worker. You have to share your accommodation with workers (not even foreman) they are treating us as a worker
