Got in touch with a very unkind woman when I just called because I had some complaints. Bitchy replied "Ehh and why are you calling?" I say because I want to see if I can make an appointment. "Well I don't think so." And at the end of the conversation: "I think we'll just send you to your doctor" in the same unkind tone.

I visited for TB test. The staff is friendly but if you are new in Leiden and trying to visit, its not easy to find this.
Fast and pleasant service. They have English-Speaking staffs who are a huge help for international visitor. Please be advised that to visit for a health check/vaccination you need to make an appointment in advance (through their online website or phone).
