The bed we purchased at Hibernate Bedding is THE BEST bed I have ever slept on. There is something about the bed: you wake up feeling refreshed. Its just right, just right in support, just right in firmness and softness. Its purely comfortable. And the staff! Wow they are personable professional and customer oriented. I have to write this to let others know because I am so happy with this bed. There really is a difference.
I came across Hibernate Bedding while looking for an organic mattress for my daughter. When we arrived at the store Scott introduced himself and spoke with us for a few minutes about what we were looking for. He made a few recommendations and invited us to walk around the store and check everything out while he was helping a previous customer. My daughter spent 30-45 minutes trying out different beds and Scott made sure to check in with us every so often.
We didn't end up purchasing a mattress from Hibernate Bedding but working with Scott was such a pleasant experience, I've recommended others to check out his store and see what he can do for them. Some of the products can be pricey but Scott is very knowledgeable about his products and does his best to take care of his customers!
Yesterday we received our new Tempurpedic Cloud Supreme Breeze. Last nights sleep was the first in 4 years that I slept uninterrupted by discomfort and pain. Its crazy that I didn't realize how my old mattress was impacting my health and well-being and that replacing it could be so easy. My wife, Hillary, commented that the mattress made her feel as if she were floating. The delivery team arrived on time, were friendly (introduced themselves!) and professional. Scott was an absolute pleasure to deal with. His customer service is impecable. I will never buy another bed from anyone else. Tempurpedic is my brand, Hiberate is my source.
I had a wonderful experience purchasing my new mattress and bedding from Hibernate. I needed a new mattress asap (and even had a doctor's note to prove it!!). Didn't feel like wading through department stores, but was afraid that the up-scale boutique look of Hibernate might be above my price point. Boy, was I mistaken. They have a beautiful variety of gorgeous mattresses at every price point. The customer service was bar none. Samantha went above and beyond to make sure we had the best mattress,even going so far as to find us some custom options for our European queen size bed frame. At the end, we went with a regular queen size and got it delivered, old mattress removed within three days. Also, they are willing to work with you to give you the best deal. I can't say enough about this store. Go there even if you don't need a new mattress, just to enjoy the wonderful ambiance and great positive energy of the owner Scott and Samantha.
Hibernate Bedding.... BEST customer service EVER. I was in total desperation looking for a mattress on Thursday - that I needed for Saturday. Honestly, I had driven by HB many times (right by Monterey Gourmet) and dismissed them as too expensive. I am SO glad I stopped. First - they have a REALLY great selection. Yes, they have organic (not as $$ as I thought they would be) - but, ALSO the regular seally and those foamy ones that people seem to like. The prices were VERY competitive. Ok - but, more than that? The owner Scott (who I learned is a Ridge graduate) was seriously the most down to earth and nice guy. I told him my story. He sold me the floor model at a great price and tried to get delivery for sat which he wasn't able to arrange until Monday. I told him my husband had a truck and would come by to grab it the next morning. So, when Doug arrives to pick it up? Scott asks where his friend is to help and Doug says his friend was busy - Well, Scott CLOSES the STORE (sign he'd be back in 20) follows Doug's truck back to the house and helps Doug carry the mattress upstairs!!!!! Doug says, "Ok - we are buying more mattresses from that guy."
We were interested in an Organic Mattress Inc. innerspring mattress set, so made the lengthy trip from western New York to the Hibernate Bedding store in Bernardsville, NJ. Our experience with Pam and her operation was well worth the investment of our time. From the moment we entered the store, Pam was welcoming, attentive and worked hard to understand our needs and concerns. Once we settled on the right OMI product for us, Pam made the purchase process a breeze. She kept us informed about the progress of our order, and once shipped from the factory, arranged to have the mattress set and pillows delivered to and set up in our home. The "white glove" delivery process was flawless. We can't recommend Hibernate Bedding and their products highly enough following our very satisfactory experience.
We were looking for a natural latex bed and they carried a few of the major brands. Scott, the owner, was very knowledgeable and helpful and reconfigured the bed layers so we could try out different firmness options. Scott provided us with a great deal and the mattress arrived on time as promised. I recommend Scott over the box stores.
Purchasing a bed mattress is one of the toughest decisions, you lay down for 5 min and then to the next one and how can you tell? Compound that with buying a mattress for an 8 year old with severe asthma to all kinds of chemicals. So when we started looking for something we decided to take a look at the Hibernate Bedding store. From the first interaction with Scott I knew this was a guy with knowledge about his products and he would help find us find a solution. As we were trying out the Savvy Rest mattresses I was a little concerned over the smell of the Dunlap rubber and would that cause my child a problem. Scott worked out a way for us to take a layer from one of the mattresses to try out and see if it triggered her asthma. We tried it for a week with no problems. We then placed our order which came promptly, I opened the boxes and the rubber odor was pretty strong so as the instructions say we aired each piece out for a few days then I assembled the mattress. It was very easy, watch the video. Once we zipped the mattress closed I did not smell a thing. My daughter has had no issues over the past 3 weeks and the comfort of the mattress is wonderful. SCOTT, thank you for your help in finding the right mattress to protect my child s health. It was truly a pleasure to deal with Scott and the Savvy mattress products. EXCELLENT results.
