Micheal El - Moten was my realtor and he is the BEST! He was on top of everything before I even ask. He was always responsive and available. When i ready to look at a house, he always made the arrangements for me to go see ut the very next day. His response was always " What time and Day is good for you" and I was seeing it the very next morning. He was my voice in making sure I got what i wanted. I am recommending Mike to all of my family and friendsand will definitely call upon him when i am ready to sell or rent my house. I trusted his advice every step of the way and I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. If you looking to purchase a home soon in the DMV area go to Bennet Realty Solutions and ask for Mike!

Horrible experience with Moreen Wallace. An unprofessional, disrespectful, compulsive liar. She Humiliated me and made my already sad experience worse. She was cold-hearted and only cared about making money anyway she could. I will never forget this experience as the worst in my 70 years. She should not be allowed to sell property.
I had the privilege of working with EXIT Bennett Realty and their agents and the level of expertise present in that office is remarkable. I highly recommend their business for anyone seeking help with their Real Estate needs locally!
Gave Danielle Gaynor at Exit $8000 for repairs and our renters are still calling saying things werent done at all or were not done correctly. Including major safety issues of electrical and stair railings . . she paid contractors in full when they did shoddy jobs - never use her!!!
One of their associates put racial remarks online. We reached out to the company to get it rectified and they blew us off and then blocked us from communicating with them. Very unprofessional
Very unprofessional agents late up to 1hr for showing, share their personal problems, not hungry enough to find housing for clients. Work like they are part of a union and not entrepreneur spirit.
Had a horrible experience with their agent Derek Tyler. To begin, Mr. Tyler never disclosed as the listing agent that he was also the owner of the property, clear ethics violation. Second, and most outstandingly, after we performed a mold test and provided the negative results to Mr. Tyler, he claimed to have remediated the mold but instead provided us with a fraudulent mold test. Yes, his company used a mold test from a previous house changed the address and attempted to present it to us as a clean mold test. After pointing this out to Mr. Tyler he stated that it was his employee who had provided the fraudulent test and not him (the name of the employee was never given, but the test which they manipulated was based on a house Mr. Tyler sold, not his employee). Mr. Tyler later provided what he deemed to be an actual clean mold test, however, he ended up needing to give us a concession so that we could do the remediation correctly ourselves because a subsequent mold test proved that there was still mold. After settlement, to which he did not even show up to, we moved in and have encountered tons of issues. We have already had to replace parts in the dryer, fix the oven, and our "new" refrigerator was determined not to be new at all (not only does it literally have the word scrap written on the back of it, it also has missing shelves and a broken drawer). Don't let these sloppy flips fool you. He is using cheap materials (IKEA cabinets and refurbished appliances), labor who doesn't pay attention to detail, and he does not have a problem deceiving you.
I say all this as an attorney and a fellow alum of Howard. Take your business elsewhere and avoid Mr. Tyler at all cost (not that he would ever pick up the phone in the first place).
