I'd like to give kudos to the entire team from the beginning. Katie Heath has been patient as I contemplated by decision about my purchase. I first met Hien when I ventured onto the Silverleaf properties, he provided me with helpful information in my home search. Now, I am teamed with Sean Quinn, who has answered my questions in regards to the type of appliances I should get and everything!!! He has been a God-sent in this process!!! The entire team has been extremely helpful and has taken the stress out of this process for me. I'd also like to give a shout out to Elizabeth Piccin, who has been truly amazing with helping me with my selections.

All the people who helped us were friendly and knowledgeable. They always took the time to thoughtfully answer questions. All feedback received from the design team was very helpful, never pushy. The lender was available, answered questions quickly, and were always willing to work with us. The closing process was well executed, very straightforward.
I would like to commend Vicky and her staff for the exceptional service they have given us. We felt comfortable from the moment we walked in. We never felt forced or pressured into making a decision. We were encouraged to make the decision that was best suited for us. Vicky has made this a stress free purchase, she showed concern, patience, and she is very knowledgeable. Nolan, our project manager, has been in contact with us and has explained every progress via Zoom and phone calls. He was always pleasant and seems to care about our concerns and needs. It was a pleasure working with him in building our home. The design center staff were very friendly and knowledgeable as well. There were many choices that suited our needs.
Lisa was great. We re so glad she was able to help us change our model before building. She was very helpful with the entire process and has not once pushed us or made us feel uncomfortable. Thomas has been great to work with as well. He s given us great feedback and has been transparent the whole time. He is very quick at responding to inquiries as well.
Miles was the contractor to oversee 6 month warranty service. Very attentive to my questions/concerns. Although, he had confidence in his team, he made sure that I was satisfied with the work being done. He cared and that made me feel comfortable and confident that I made the right choice with my home purchase.

Updating my review - Going back to 5 stars. Once we were able to get a hold of the customer service department, things moved along quickly. We now have everything owed to us. We love the home.
I liked how responsive and helpful Amanda, Eric, and Dale were with our questions and requests. Amanda was knowledgeable and thorough. Eric and Dale answered all our questions fully and didn't hesitate to help when we needed help. One of our cabinet shelves was not installed properly and I contacted Eric about the issue. Eric examined the shelf and provided information on how to get corrected. The cabinet subcontractor came out and got the issue resolved quickly
I loved the smooth process from start to finish. My New Home Advisor and Builder were always just a phone call away - always available!
