Terrible service. I've called this place 7 times and visited 4 times attempting to get boots for my work because my work has a contract with them. I have been calling since August and still no boots. It is now November so they clearly are not trying to get any boots. Save your business for someone who appreciates it.
This was a great store. The ladies were very nice and helpful. They didn't have what I needed but helped me as best they could. I'll be back!!

Always great place to shop. The ladies are so sweet really helping to find what I/YOU need. Even when I can't find it there, they are so friendly the experience gets a plus 1.

No customer service. Have heard bad things, but thought it was just bad mouthing. I have experienced it 1st hand STAY AWAY. Go to cavenders or one of the bigger places where you matter a little bit!! Horrible and rude!!
Terrible customer service
Bought boots about 25 days ago. First rain they leak all around the soles. Returned with receipt and they would not honor me. Was told to go to tractor supply. Why? 2nd bad experience do not go here for your Work boots. Almost $200 in the garage !! Was told when I bought boots if any problem just return them....right
