Wyndham Baltimore Inner Harbor Hotel Reviews

Very satisfied with our stay. Although we were the ONLY guests staying in the hotel during our visit, we felt very safe and secure. The doors were locked at all times so we had to be let into the main entrance by a staff member or security guard. Guest rooms and entire hotel was very clean. Face masks were worn and guests had to wear them as well. Front desk staff was professional and helpful. Friendly. Unfortunately, restaurant was closed due to the pandemic, so we could not have our usual breakfast. I will say, the rates for the Day Inn were much higher than other hotels in the area. We had a discount, so that is why we stayed there. Our experience was satisfying.

Days Inn Inner Harbor is a cost-effective option situated in a prime location downtown. I recently attended AEW: Full Gear and the building was literally located next door, so it doesn t get any more convenient than that.

Super attentive and polite staff. Hotel was clean and comfortable. There is also a restaurant in the lobby that's very convenient for breakfast... But a little expensive. It's basically a glorified diner. Parking in their garage was expensive also but the polite staff and room prices made up for that. My one serious complaint is the maid staff. My 2 interactions with the maid staff were both negative. They were rude and nasty. I asked for a few extra towels and got attitude. Location is perfect for the stadium, aquarium, Ripleys believe it or not and other restaurants and museums.

Great hotel. I stayed here while attending a conference. Only 4-5 minute walk to the Baltimore Convention center. Room was perfect size for just myself. It was serviced and cleaned every day. There is a small safe in the room as well. Staff was super friendly. Has a restaurant in the hotel that has good food. I would definitely stay again!

Stayed here based on location being close to the convention center. The Room was clean, large, had a view, and also had a pull out couch for another bed if you needed it. The hotel staff were great. Very friendly, knowledgeable about the city, helpful, and upbeat. Everyone I interacted with was wonderful. Props to the staff here. The reason for the low score is the businesses accounting practices. There were a lot of fees tagged on that weren't clearly identified in the beginning. The additional per day fees are as follows; safe fee, occupancy fee, state tax of course. They also charge an additional $25.00 deposit ledger transfer. This is listed on the receipt as a credit back, and I was under the understanding it would be credited to me after I keep my reservations. Unfortunately even though its listed as a credit they charged me for it. I called accounting at Days Inn and was told it is a credit charge.?? Whatever that means? Never learned that one in accounting. The other disappointments were the restaurant had one or two options for food allergies. Same for the bar. The coffee shop don't open before business people get going and the bottled water will cost you a lot. If I had it to do over, I'd just pay a little more for a better all around experience.

Friendly staff, the room was clean and cozy and the bed very comfortable. Very relaxing night stay at a reasonable price.

Friendly service...clean rooms...but bed was kinda hard and had to pay to park...should be included in stay....

Days Inn is poor bad smell through out the building water leaks heavy and a very old building

Second stay for a conference and very pleased yet once again, The front desk was more than accommodating and helpful and they strive to keep the facility clean. I was very pleased with my room. Parking is the downfall, However the hotel is connected to the parking garage via enclosed walkway which makes it convenient. Nice City view, my only complaint there weren t any caffeine free choices in the room such as herbal tea etc. only caffeine.
