Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service
Bought boots about 25 days ago. First rain they leak all around the soles. Returned with receipt and they would not honor me. Was told to go to tractor supply. Why? 2nd bad experience do not go here for your Work boots. Almost $200 in the garage !! Was told when I bought boots if any problem just return them....right
