Your Wi-Fi is sorry, seems like it's never working right. This has got to go because it should be no problems you know what area your supplying business but you all continue to let this internet service to give poop service.
My Internet is constantly going out for no reason. All of my equipment is running perfectly so it's not a problem on my end. The equipment they send you is also low quality,I had to buy a new router because the one they sent was so restrictive I couldn't use the Internet as efficiently as I needed too. They may fix your problem when you call, but it's only temporary. I'm tiered of calling every few days about the same problem.
Your hours are terrible for military family's. And being closed on weekend. That's a double whammy.

Three years ago they came into my yard without permission and worked on the power over several days. Except a good chunk of that time they weren t working and were standing around talking or eating or something. When they finally got finished (after several days) they left my yard a mess there was mud and grass everywhere, tire tracks etc and when I called their supervisor he said they would come back and fix it but they didn t. There are 3 other ways to get to this pole and again they re choosing my yard. Last time my kids could not go out and play while they were out there and they won t be able to again.
If you re going to inconvenience customers and tear up the yard, at least provide a discount on their bill.

Utter garbage. I just had to call and pay a collection agency for a bill I paid two and a half years ago. They are completely incompetent and I'm glad I never have to deal with then again!
We had a tree leaning on a power line. They came immediately and had dealt with it within the hour.
This company makes me wanna move out of hopkinsville. They screwed us over since day 1. And every step of the way. And when my husband was on the phone with a women while trying to solve an issue with was rude with him and hung up on him.
I live in the western mobile park and my wifi is amazing! I can stream movies, games and shows all day long without a problem. Sometimes on the weekends it's a tad bit slow but I understand.
I have had the 8 meg internet service for 2 years now, and it is the worst ever. it only works 10% of the time and we have to constantly call and are told they have to switch connections, and that fixes the issue all of a couple hours at best. where I live this is the only option they provide at hes; we cannot get the fiber optic and I called again last night and was told a tech would call and come look at the equipment and get the issue resolved and surprise, surprise no call like always. I pay almost $55.00 a month for this service with initial cost and taxes and cant even use it. only other internet in my area is spectrum which is a better product but horrible people to deal with. I was told last night a tech fixed my service on their end and it was running at optimum level, yeah right 2 meg out of 8 meg is not anywhere close to optimum level. she said its hard to get good signal where I live with all the trees and I have not one tree in my yard, and live behind the blvd.i told the representative if that is true then when I came to HES 2 years ago for internet and they saw where I lived they could've said that then instead of charging me for 2 years for a product that is very mediocre at best. if I pay for 8 meg I would like to get it not 2.
