My husband and I first went to Winner Ford in Dover, and had the worst possible experience you could imagine. We went to Hertrich Nissan after we were referred there by my mother in law, and let me just say that it was honestly the best experience possible! We are SO happy we went there, because first and foremost we got an amazing 2015 Nissan Rogue that we absolutely LOVE! But they also helped us, respected us, and made us feel so welcome! I 100% recommend Joe and Randy at Hertrich Nissan!!!!
My experience was very good. The car I wanted was not at that store. They made it happen I now have the car I wanted. Very satisfied.
Had a squeaky sound when I hit the brakes, brought it in to look at, no brakes needed but they did clean any dirt and debris around the brake area. Not sure how it got there but was told its common. Took all little over an hour.

I feel that jc the sales man did a horrible job he had a opportunity too get a good trade in. I left there and went too a Dodge dealership and they where able to keep my payments down and gave me a good money on the dodge that I was trading in. I got me a 2500 dodge RAM with the 6.7 Cummins diesel. They could of had my service but he told Me my paymens where going to be about a thousand dollars a month thus guy bump his head. He know sale person he a crook. The dodge dealership u give them a five star rating. So watch out for the scammers at the this dealership.

My vehicle needed to be towed to Hertirich in the late evening. Prior to arrival, I called the Service Dept to let them know the vehicle was enroute. The Technician assured me they would look at the vehicle first thing in the morning. I received a call that next morning advising of the problem and advised it would be ready by noon. Sure enough, I received a call at 11am. Very happy with service. Thank you Hertrich

This place is awful I would never recommend this place to anyone, I was sold A faulty car and was not able to get another one. And there's more to the story. Bottom line my next purchase will not be a Nissan car. Ok I don't see a reply button to respond to owner but to the Owner, I already spoke with Jennifer from consumer affairs, they put a case in and was denied though I had major problems with the car such as the transmission and didn't have the car for a year! So there's nothing a manger going to do

My service was cheaper than quoted and took 40 minutes instead of the 1-1:15 hours I was quoted. Very pleased and service representative was extremely friendly and polite.
I bought a 2017 Nissan titan from hertrich as well as a 370 Z. My salesman pilar I consider a personal friend of mine and when Becky was working as a service advisor I was very happy with the service she provided however the technicians that are employed here are worthless. On my first oil change I mentioned that I was getting a fluctuation in RPMs from time to time. I was told there was nothing in the TSB s and that they could not re-create what I was describing. I was advised to keep driving it. The entire life of the vehicle I ve dealt with this fluctuation in RPM and around 100,000 miles it started to get worse. I took it back to the service department and they told me that I had a misfire issue. I m not throwing any codes for misfire for the entire life of the vehicle and ask them to confirm that I did not have a transmission issue. I was told again that there is no TSB pertaining to my symptoms. I talk to a Nissan master tech from another dealership and he advised me of the TSB pertaining to my vehicle and rpm fluctuation. I made another appointment to bring the vehicle back in so that they could check that TSB to my vehicle and lo and behold my TCM program was listed on that TSB. Now I ve been driving a titan for three years with a bad transmission And basically was told to pound sand by the service department. I asked them why they didn t address any transmission issues when I ask them if I was having transmission problems and they told me that they would not have looked for a transmission issue if I didn t tell them that I was having a transmission problem. It s my understanding that a customer is only required to disclose symptoms of a problem not direct the service department on which direction a diagnosis should take. I have a complaint into Nissan corporate. I have never been so displeased with a dealership in my life. I have only ever bought Nissans.

Buyer Beware!! Now I know how car dealers get their reputation. I honestly wonder how they sleep at night! Pressured and tag teamed by 4 different people for 4 hours. Every time I said I was just looking and not planning to buy until April they pushed back harder until I was talked into a car that would require options being added. Drove my trade in home, called that evening to say I'm not doing this I'll be back in A.M. Pressured even harder then promised" 90 days deferred billing , a check for first payment due making the first actual payment out of my pocket due in April". They picked vehicle up later that week to add the options and apply Guardian Protection & left a loaner. Car was returned 4 days later dirty, crumbs in cup holders, bag of trash behind seat, empty gas tank and $13.80 in Easy Pass Tolls! They agreed to reimburse tolls and owed me a detail and tank of gas. Received payment paperwork and check for first payment a week later. First payment (Check they gave me) due 1/30/17!!! Back to dealer, while discussing issue they were to detail, put on tags and fill with gas. Tried to tell me the 90 days was from date of purchase. Nope, not what I agreed to, not rocket science, do the math! Agreed to send me check for another payment. OK, my first out of pocket payment due March 30, close enough. Ready to leave, car had been washed not detailed, no tags and still empty. Finally got tags and gas, never going back! 5 weeks and 3 phone calls later finally received the second check. Have a vehicle that every time I get in I'm reminded of this whole fiasco.
My parents just dealt with Whitney and bought a Pathfinder. The car they were trading was in my name and Whitney was just amazing. They loved her. She called me to work out the details and she was pleasant, clear and concise about what needed to be done. I've never bought a car there but will definitely be looking there for my next one.

Got a vehicle from here and not even 8 months later the car is undrivable. It consumed up to 1 qt of oil a day, multiple attempts were made to fix it and all were unsuccessful. The motor is seized now and needs completely replaced. Would not recommend
I told the salesperson what i was looking for, a light color Murano with light interior. He showed me one, i loved it and purchased it. There was no haggling. The paperwork took a long time but went smoothly once i had to sign the documents. The financial person was able to find me a better rate than initially offered. We inspected the car after it was cleaned and did not notice any issues. It was late when the purchase was complete but the salesperson offered to drive my new vehicle home and i drove him back to the dealership. I couldn't have asked for better service.

The price of the oil change was just too high. The free car wash should never have happened. They knocked off my deer warnings which they had too see when they took the tag off. And the spots left on the car, smh let's bnb it start on that. Horrible
Bought a brand new Nissan Frontier 2016 from here and I'm really excited to see what it could do in the west coast. The sales guy Nalesh? was nice and knew a lot about the truck. Managers fixed a lot of deals for us which I really appreciated much. I would recommend this dealership.

This was my first visit here since I just moved to Delaware a few months ago and everything went as I expected.
BEWARE! This is a "Bait & Switch Dealer" they advertise faux sale prices on their website to get you in the doors. When you arrive at the dealer to purchase a vehicle they then tell you that you only get the advertised sale price IF you take their 4% Financing Rate regardless of how high your credit score is. If you finance elsewhere you can't get the sale price on the car. I asked the Manager about this business practice and of course he became arguably defensive and then proceeded to further lie to me saying it mentions this on their website. It says Absolutely NOTHING about taking 4% to get the promoted sales price anywhere on their website I even had the Sales rep look and anyone reading this review can look too. My Sales guy was great though I'd give him 5 stars alone but didn't care for the sales managers attitude I found him to be condescending and trying to spin a lie to my family about their phony sales prices when confronted. Thing is we would of purchased the vehicle if it wasn't for that dishonesty. So if you see a "Sales Price" on their website call and ask them if that's actually the selling price or if you have to jump through hoops to get it. Their goal is to cut you money up front and give you an "alleged sale price" so long as you take a higher financing rate so that in the long run they get that "discounted car price" money back. Think of it as a new spin on "dealer fees" instead of adding on a bunch of dealer fees to a discounted car price to make up for the dealer lowering the price so they get their money back this place just gives the illusion of a sale but requires you to take higher interests payments so they make more money off you in the long run. Not a trust worthy dealer at all! I'm borderline wondering if I should contact the States Attorney General office about their advertising practices with their Bait and Switch tactics. Out of all the dealers I've visited only this one was so dishonest.

Answered all of my questions, and did not rush or press the issue of me making a purchase. He helped me find the right Armada for my family and I. Highly recommended!!

While I appreciate the complimentary car wash, it would be nice if it was dried as well so as not to leave water spots. Else I'll just skip it next time.
The service representative used extremely vague language and when any details given were lies. The rep said that an aftermarket tail-light case (which was not connected to electricity) had caused one of my parts (plastic) to corrode. I purchased the replacement parts myself and resolved the issue.
Staff was very friendly showed up a hour before they closed and they still took there time to take care of us If you need a car talk to Fredy

To me, customer service is everything! Isaiah was informative, prompt, and friendly. I needed a routine oil change, he called me shortly after to let me know I needed brakes, asked if I'd like it done today. I returned the next day for the brakes and once again Isaiah was on top of my needs for my vehicle! Also, kudos to the techs for being fast and efficient getting me in and out as quickly as possible!
I have been to this dealership on several occasions. They call stating they have what you want and when you get there NOTHING you asked for. Was contacted for on-line and the state come in to see me and they are on-line ONLY. The last and final time was there for over seven hours and still nothing. The sales person was alright but when it came to Manager and Credit person they was so full of it. I will not step another foot into this dealership again.
Your parts and service was willing to go completely out of their way to help reprogram a Infiniti key faub which we thought was lost. We're from Chesapeake Virginia and had no way of getting a replacement. Porter Infiniti of Newark NJ offered to deliver faub next day. You have an outstanding staff. I found the keys deep in my luggage. What a Save!!!! Thanks
If I could rate 0 stars on this place, I would. I had bought my first vehicle from this place and all they did was take advantage of me. I had black and blue eyes from a serious accident not knowing how terrible people really are. Fresh out of college, had a steady full time job but nothing worth mentioning about and they took me for every penny I had with their lies. Pressured me into buying a vehicle I in no shape or form wanted to spend that amount on but they assured me of how amazing taking a loan out would be. Told me the vehicle was a V8, it was 4wd and working heated seats.... It was nothing of the such. And I still kick myself for how naive I was to believing people. She told me they would have it detailed when I drove it home covered in dog hair. They took advantage of me when I could have bought a new car for the price they had sold me on a used car. They are crooks in disguise. Don't believe their lies. You will suffer for their consequences. In the end, I cried when my car was repoed.
All the people here are super nice and strive to get you the best deals possible without being pushy. Makes the car buying process less stressful.
Bad customer service. Cars are not treated with car. My car always runs worse or has problems when leaving dealerships.

We experienced courteous and professional service from Sales rep Brianna and management. We were able to accomplish almost all aspects of the sale outdoors and social distanced. We bought a Toyota from Hertrich back in 2012 and have been quite satisfied with the company. We previously owned a Nissan XTerra and have had good luck with the brand. We can recommend the dealership without reservation.

First impression, waiting room was hot and rugs had stains. Looks pretty outdated to me. Feels like a cave, very unwelcoming despite the "complementary station". Chairs could have been more comfortable as well!!

Debbie was my service person and was very nice and helpful. However Isaiah was not. Debbie was asking me to come down to the third desk to get me checked in. There wasn t anyone at the first to desks. A gentlemen pulled up and had his door open. I could not get past him and Debbie kept waving for me to come down. Isaiah came from the back after driving a car around and was yelling that I couldn t walk behind the rope and 6 ft. I tried explaining to him that no one was behind the rope, Debbie was calling me down and I couldn t get around his customer. He would not listen to me. Then when I was checked in she asked if I was waiting and I said no I asked when I scheduled my service for a shuttle to Kent General. Debbie asked Isaiah if the shuttle driver was there. He snapped and said no, he didn t know if she would be in and they probably wouldn t have a shuttle. I could not wait so I had to walk to work and it was very hot and humid out. I ended up being late for work and a meeting. Then Debbie called me and told me I needed new tires and it would be $855 for that. I told her I would call back. I only have 25,000 miles on the car so why would I need new tires already. I called Firestone across town because they are trust worthy. Actually the only reason I stopped going there was because they didn t have a shuttle service. I called Debbie back and said no to the tires, picked up my car and took it to Firestone for new tires because I wasn t about to give Nissan another penny after how I was treated that morning. At Firestone they checked my tires and showed me how I don t need new tires and my treads are fine. They were truthful and lost a sale. I respect them and will go back to them again for my service. I am a manager at the hospital and if I ever has a staff member talk to a patient, family member, visitor, another staff member or physician like he did to me they would be in a corrective action. I have sent multiple people to Hertrich Nissan for vehicles but after this incident that is over. My lease is up in February and I am seriously considering not going back to Nissan. Its a shame how your employee treated a customer. Im sure I am not the only one. I have been dealing with this dealership for 8 yrs. I am extremely dissatisfied.

THE WORST CAR BUYING/OWNING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD, I will never use them again. I bought my car over 5 years ago, and the initial buying experience was awful. They approved me and handed me my keys and TWO HOURS LATER they called and said it was not approved and I needed to come in and re-fill all my paperwork out! I live in Lewes, DE, so I am not close. Then the seller continued to call me to "check in"...everyday for weeks! One courtesy call is more than enough. Their service department is THE MOST GHETTO PEOPLE IN THE WORLD. They don't know how to speak to people, and their waiting room leaves a lot to be desired. Employees are always standing around talking. I stopped going in for any kind of service due to the quality of people who work there. Then, for the past 3 years, they have called me NON STOP trying to sell me a new car. I have repeatedly asked a manager to take me off their list, and stop calling. They have even called my work!!! TO SELL ME A CAR. I would never use them again. NEVER. I waited so long to write this review because I kept hoping it would improve. I got a decent deal on the car. Not worth it. I would pay double before I would ever use this dealer again.
