Came in with group, ordered food and was charged $12.00 for 4 glasses of WATER. Glasses of water, not bottled. That s how bad this place must be failing. In all my years in the service industry I have never seen this. Even in the upmost higher scale restaurants to lower end dives. It s rude. I don t know if the server used it as a way to earn more for herself or if this is actually a thing in your place of business but no thank you.

Good food. Expensive.

Good food. Expensive.
Tuna appetizer was right from the fridge, with a bit of rainbow sheen.
Thai chicken noodle bowl was good. Not very spicy (at all), though.
Courteous and attentive staff.

We love this place every time we come here! The staff is friendly, and the food is good! This last time our waitress gave us the option of free appetizers next time, or dessert because food took to long to come out, we hadn't even complained!

One of my favorite places to eat. I love the environment and the variety of food options. The way can be long sometimes depending on the day but I understand with the location and because it s just a great restaurant choice! It s perfect for different social gatherings. Some things are a bit pricey but the prices are reasonable for the most part. Customer service is pretty good, there are some that appear to be rushed and not personable but for the most part great attention from staff. One of my favorite dishes is the loaded baked potato soup!

Great casual fare in a relaxed but upscale atmosphere in a great location. Food is great, as is the service. Staff is knowledgeable and there are gluten free menu options. Kid friendly and nice outdoor seating when the weather permits. Convenient location near Hershey Park, Chocolate World, and the Outlets.

Was referred to the restaurant by one of the local shops and was told that the place is always busy and there is usually a wait which we waited 30mins. I had the down home pot roast which was really good and for desert had the apple pie with vanilla ice cream.

The food was good but the service was horrible. We were ready to spend some money on drinks and have a nice day out. Our waitress was never around and we had to wait extremely long periods for her to come check on us and give us our food or refill drinks. There were tables with other servers that came after us, got their food before us and left before we had ours. We ended up leaving unsatisfied!

Been here a couple time and the food has been great. But service is weak. Thursday night dinner with family of 6 people. Restraunt was not busy. Server asked how we were seperating the checks while I was still eating my meal? Brought checks to table and only took half of the plates from the table. Food great service not so much.

Food was delicious and the staff was very friendly.

There is some room for improvement on the ambience - it feels as though the restaurant has gotten complacent. Keeping the carpet clean would be a nice improvement.

It was also a bit disappointing that the smell of the bathroom in the entrance carried through the front of the restaurant.

Even though it is a chain, I really like Houlihan's. The menu is large and the food is good. Some special foods to note: Tomato Bisque Soup is served with two delicious artery clogging fried cheese balls. Fish and Chips is well done cod with excellent batter that doesn't fall off. Chicken tenders app served with spicy Thai sauce is goto. My kids love it.

The menu is all over the place, no rhyme or reason to it. The bar was not that busy yet I had to wait almost 15 minutes to get two beers. When we were seated the server didn't really seem all that knowledgeable about the menu. I'm my opinion it is overpriced bar food. Take a few extra steps and try one of the many other restaurants in the area.

Went here unexpectedly one night as the place we had planned to go to dinner had closed. Was a very nice night, great atmosphere in nice waiter, and absolutely amazing tasting food, the only reason this isn't a five star review is the portion size of the food for the price of the food was relatively small.

Don't eat here unless you want wood in your salad. My family and I had lunch there today and as I was enjoying my salad i almost chocked on a piece of wood. I was eating my salad and felt something hard as I was chewing, tried to swallow it and then eventually since it could not be broken apart I spit it out. Come to discover it was a piece of wood. I showed my family and then called over the waitress, she felt it and confirmed that it was wood. She rushed to get he manager. The manager came over and said " I was told to come to your table" I explained to her what happened and all she could say was "oh I'm sorry it must have gotten mixed with the nuts that go on your salad." Um do you not clean the nuts before you put them on anything? Or even more why would there be a piece of wood in the nuts? I didn't bother asking any more questions because she clearly didn't care and I was shaking because I had just swallowed wood. This is outrages. Maybe the Department of Agriculture should check this place out, who knows what else is happening in the kitchen.

We love this place! The sliders are to die for, and the disco fries leave you knowing you could eat 10 orders! We've always had pretty good experiences here, however you usually have to wait on a weekend night (we've waited for an hour with 4 kids!), but that means they are popular. It's always been worth the wait! We've gotten excellent take out, also. Unique food, great atmosphere. Thumbs up!

Let me start by saying, the food, drinks and service here was so good, that I was surprised this place wasn't on a wait. Starr was our knowledgeable and efficient waitress. Their new menu had drink called whiskey rita which was great then the family decided to order me a Houdini which has nice bite a piece of bacon. We started with the firecracker cauliflower and the ahi tuna nachos. Yumm! My wife ordered the George's bank scallops with lemon spinach risotto and arugula. The scallops were sauted light and flavors were outstanding. My daughter had the tomato soup with little fried grilled cheese sandwich balls and charred ahi tuna. She said, "Phenomenal." Son-in-law ordered shrimp tacos and really enjoyed his dinner. On the advice of Starr I ordered the Korean fried chicken with charred pineapple brown rice and green beans. This dish is outstanding. I had no idea I needed Korean fried chicken in my life until today. If you are in the area stop here. You won't regret it.

I want to say thank you to the cook at Red Robin's that put hair in our food. If they hadn't, we would have never had one of the best meals ever. Food was awesome. Amazing Chicken Parm and wife had the fish n chips. The garden salad alone was awesome, their blue cheese dressing is killer...

The thing I love about Houlihan's is their huge open layout and their dipping sauces. They serve fries with 3 types of sauces and their shrooms are legendary, again served with a great dipping sauce. They have good options for vegetarians too which I really appreciate. The food isn't for the calorie conscious but its extremely tasty.
