The quickest St. Louis realtors I ve ever worked with, for sure. I wanted the house sold within two weeks, and even though I had to go a little lower on the price than I would have liked, they were still able to make it happen. They did exactly what I wanted.
I worked with Dave Sadler in Missouri. He lied to me, withheld information from me, didn't have my best interest at heart, and nearly set my house on fire. PLEASE do not work with Dave or any agent at Hermann London Real Estate Group. He cost me money, time, and contributed to copious amounts of stress and anxiety. He was also unprofessional in handling his mistakes. When I said I would report him to the MO Real Estate Commission if he didn't make things right by replacing the items that caught on fire he just said, "Go right ahead."
Herman London marketed and leased my condo. They manage all aspects of leasing and maintaining my condo with no effort from me. The online tracking of expenses and income makes being a landlord so much easier.

I had a terrible experience with the property management side. The 1 star is because they were professional; however, everything else was a headache. There were uncommunicated expectations as it relates to turnover, which resulted in me losing out on hundreds of dollars on my security deposit. They dinged me on every little thing they could and were unwilling to work with me when I tried to come up with a reasonable compromise. Their website states that they operate with integrity and are close knit with their community, but my experience felt very transactional. I work in real estate and my perspective is that relationship building is very important, but I feel taken advantage of and I am left with regrets. I will never rent from Hermann London again nor will I ever refer them to family or friends.
Hermann London was a huge improvement over our last property managers in St. Louis. This was the first year in five that revenues went up, and I credit that to their work improving the property and our practices.

Beware of Rahila Nagda and her husband! I did business with Rahila Nagda and her husband Mohammed Ashraf Nagda back in Aug 2019. They are untrustworthy, dishonest and overall lacks integrity. They gave false information regarding themselves and what they represent. I stayed in their rental unit for less than a month due to poor and illegal plumbing problems, pest, amongst other things. Additionally, they breached the lease in the returning of funds and I moved out of the unit over 60 days ago. They re only about making money and have no regards for the person/purchaser. Poor landlords make even worse realtors/agents.
My Hermann London realtor was friendly and helpful every step of the way. I turned down a lot of homes, but she never acted impatient or frustrated, and she narrowed it down to the one I hope to live in for the rest of my life.
Shannon St. Pierre is an expert on the city and is AWESOME! She's great at finding properties before they go on the market, negotiating price, and making sure the seller gets all the repairs done. Shannon was able to schedule a showing the same day it went on the market and we were the very first ones to put in an offer, which the sellers immediately accepted. Thank you for everything, Shannon! We love our house!
Two stars for application process. You pay two applications fees, $45 for application to Herman London & another $30 to transunions smart move. Not sure, what the first fee is for, when transunion does all the work (credit/background/income). Seems kinda of shady
I rented a house. Hermann London was the property management company.
After I moved out a year later, I was cheated out of my security deposit. They claimed a pet DEPOSIT was SUPPOSED to be non refundable. The lease clearly showed it was a deposit, not a fee. They cheated me out of nine days of unused rent when I agreed to move out early so they could get it ready for the next tenant. Then they claimed there were additional expenses because I moved out early. They just thought they could get away with ripping me off because I'm a senior.
I had to go to court. It took months but the judgment was in my favor for $1,174.00
I consider them dishonest and unethical.
Stay away from them.

Any potential renters out there, I would advise you to stay away from this firm. My experience here was bad. I moved into a dirty house, yet they charged me a cleaning fee when we moved out. It was obvious that they care mostly about the homeowner, who in my case was extremely cheap, than the tennent. Finally, just when I thought I was done with them 5 months after we move out they claim they "found" a trash bill that I never paid (in the homeowners name mind you) even though they never told me anything about it while we lived there.

First off Herman London as a whole has been a great experience with nothing but professionals & I was always treated in such ways! Shannon St. Pierre was my Realtor and she was so sweet and patient. She helped us find the perfect house and we were actually the very first ones to see the house. The sellers quickly accepted our offer and agreed to all the repairs after the inspection. The whole process went very smoothly and I love getting a hug from her whenever we run into each other.
Everyone I encountered in their office was friendly and ready to help. They didn't know, but I had a chance to watch some agents in action. I was impressed by their sincerity, how hard they worked, and how much fun they had while doing it!
If you looking to hire help from these racist people, I would look elsewhere. This man posted on my Facebook that I better have my deportation papers ready. How can you all let racist people help you in your future home. Keep that in mind if you are a different race other than white. He will give you a fake smile to get your money!
