It's rare to find a quality shopping experience like this and Herman Pro Audio Video delivers. I haven't gotten the chance to look around the entire site, but it seems like they stock almost anything you could ever want. Bought the twisted pair cable after I called and spoke with Susan who was extremely knowledgeable and helped me find exactly what I needed. Highly recommend this store.

Just had an amazing interaction with these guys. Nothing but professionalism all the way. Five star operation the type of business that will always make sure things are taken care of and done right.

I ordered $450.00 dollars worth of product to be delivered on Thursday and needed by Friday. So Sunday (today) I get an email saying they need me to send them a copy of the front and back of my credit card as well as @ copy of my license. Do they think I have "STUPID" written on my forehead. I have never heard of a company having such a poicy in place. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Please cancel my order.

We bought a part from them that was defective out of the box. We returned it. They will not credit us for the part. Really poor customer service.
