Poor training and always short staffed, most employees are nursing students that pick what days they work, always drama, rude administative staff.....pretty sad state had to come in twice in 1 month! Now, does this look like a place to even work or place a family member??? Several complaints from residents complaining about raising of rent each month, but no $ for a staff raise???? Umm.... something's not right here...

Heritage Woods of Centralia is an amazing place to work and a wonderful environment to be in. I worked here before I moved South and when I moved back I was ready to start working here again!
At one time I loved this place for my family member. But now with this new DON Krystal she is a horrible person to work for. If she treats the residents as badly as she does her employees I wouldn't want my family there any longer. She isn't someone I would trust my family with ever!!! She needs to be replaced. No one needs a mean person like her on some power trip being around the ones we love.
Heritage Woods is a wonderful place. I really enjoy working at this amazing community. It is affordable to all. The staff loves the residents and really enjoy their jobs. The have both independent living and supportive living apartments on their campus which gives seniors lots of opportunities to find the best fit for themselves.
As someone who has worked at Heritage Woods and had Grandparents live there, I can say that Heritage Woods of Centralia is not only a great place to work, but also to live. All the staff is very accommodating to the resident s needs and there are always plenty of activity for them to be involved in. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Also, their main priority is the resident s needs and happiness.
This is a wonderful place and the atmosphere is so welcoming and friendly. If you're looking for a safe and inviting place for your loved one, look no further Heritage Woods is simply the best!
I started working at Heritage Woods about 6 months ago. It has been a great learning experience for me as I will soon enter the nursing program. The staff is always willing to help out, and I couldn t ask for better residents to take care of. I love my job here. Heritage Woods offers so much more to people needing to move to an assistant living facility. I look forward to working here for as long as it takes for me to better my future in the healthcare field. Making someone smile is definetly worth my time, and that s exactly why I love what I do.
The building looks like a cheap hotel on the outside, and from what I've seen on the inside, it's definitely haunted.

I am an employee of heritage woods, I work in the dietary department. Working at heritage woods is amazing. I can genuinely say that I have met some people here that have affected my life for the better. I thought that working here was going to drain the life out of me, but my first day here I was welcomed with open arms. I love this place. I love the staff and most definelty the residents. This place is no doubt a 5 star place.
