The swimming pool is always filthy, full of bugs. Ever since they stopped putting the chlorine pucks in the pool, they now have water bugs living in the pool. There is always bird feces on the chairs, tables, and area around the pool. Rebecca, here at The Landing at Willow Bayou, in Bossier City, LA, apparently doesn't care as she just walks right by as she goes to the tanning bed at lunch time everyday. The staff walks by the pool everyday but are either too lazy to clean the pool or are told not to clean the pool. It's hard to believe rent is $1200 a month and the pool is so filthy! Oh and don't cook on the grills b/c they are never cleaned after use. The brushes are worn out and the grill has gunk burnt to it. Disgusting!!!

I have been a part of the Heritage Properties Inc family since 2006.They care about their employees and residents. I absolutely love looking at my properties new renovations. Thank you for all you do!

There are so many drug/crack heads on the property that management had to send out an email to inform renters on how to dispose of needles. If you're looking to rent, keep looking. Here is the email they sent out:
Dear Residents,

Our compactor disposal vendor has asked us to reach out to our residents regarding proper disposal of needles. Needles need to be put in a sharps container or some type of container that will not puncture. Please make sure that you are disposing of your needles properly to avoid accidental harm of other residents and our vendors.

I have spent the last 23 years working for Heritage Properties, Inc. They are a great family oriented company, with great benefits and they truly care about their properties and staff members. I worked for this company for several years as a maintenance supervisor. I left a few years ago when I had to move to take care of a family member in a different state. They are absolutely outstanding to work for! They were always fair with pay and benefits. Provided great training. I even got to know one of the owners which does not happen in companies like these often. I was able to travel around to other properties to assist other maintenance teams and I can tell you that this company cares about their properties and if there is a problem. Would love to work for them again if the opportunity ever arose. Wanted to write this because I was never able to say thank you to the home office staff when I left. I worked for other property management companies that never spent a dime to keep a property looking nice. These folks weren't like that, and I miss that. Thank you to the home office for everything you did to make me feel a part of the Heritage Family.

Great company offering excellent benefits! This is increasingly hard to come by these days. Management is responsive to concerns and they show assertion in problem-solving/troubleshooting issues on all of their properties.
