Wow shop elsewhere unless you want a 2nd mortgage - I am sure there must be cheaper options and far friendlier, helpful staff while in Ithaca.

The man that helped my mom out had given her the test bottle, instead of the new bottle she had bought. Then telling us we had to send it back to him, which he would later send her the one she originally paid for. Although we live far away and we are unable to send it due to the fact that it is an open container. This is a complete inconvience and a waste of money! Very disappointed in their customer service!

Never come here if you're under 30. Tried to buy an $8 bottle of wine and the man working decided my (real) ID was fake, took it, and immediately called 911, telling me I'd be tracked down and arrested because "people are too stupid to not put their real name on it." I understand there's a problem with college students having fakes and businesses have to protect themselves, but he was extremely disrespectful and rude about it, gleefully speaking to me as if I was a criminal the entire time I waited for the police to arrive and confirm my license was real so I could go and make my purchase elsewhere.

Clerk at the register is rude and he doesn't care at all about customers. I have bought wines in this place for the convenience, but I'm not willing to return anymore. They think we are doing a favor to them when we enter there to buy wines, but they forget that there are plenty of wine stores in Ithaca treating well its customers.

I remember this place, the guy at the front desk was extremely rude. He refused to sell to me. i had an out of state license and clearly over 21. Prices are high too. Go to another wine n spirits.

Not reliably open during posted hours- on several occasions, I've gone there only to find a sign on the door saying 'back in a few minutes.' A few minutes can be quite a while, apparently... I had to leave today empty handed after standing on the street for 10 minutes.

The owner at this store well the manager during the day has said very inappropriate things to more than one customer.
he will tell you that he s married but complain about his relationship and perhaps even shed some tears I m not the only one who has been manipulated by this man I suggest you only go in during the night shift when the woman is working she is very polite.
