Fun times and helpful staff.

I've been going to heritage lanes ever since I first found out they had puzzle balls in the arcade, and that was 15+ years ago. It's a nice place to bowl.

This place is okay, nothing to get super excited about. It is a bit on the expensive side. It is better than the other option.

A good cheap place to go bowling. It s somewhat retro inside so it s kind of like stepping back into the late 1970 s but the lanes themselves are very good. Sometimes you can have alleys where the lanes aren t that great but this one had pretty good lanes even though it s a lot older than some of the others.

Good customer service and pretty nice place for an Oklahoma City bowling alley.

Clean place, good service and the equipment was well maintained.

Everything is great, all staff is awesome except one worker..Dustin. Needs to learn better customer service or something, makes me wanna go elsewhere because I feel so unwelcomed by him.

We loved the cost the $5.00 for 2 hours of bowling made it an affordable family outing. The employees were very helpful and went out of there way to be helpful.

Great Time and prices were excellent!! Joined the kids bowl free throughout the summer and saved a ton. The alley is a little outdated but enjoyed ourselves.

It was super fun there they had good food and most inportanly we were treated well.

Asked the guy working the counter for two lanes and he doesn't know how to switch from one lane to two lanes. He needs more training on fixing this issue.

Me & my family had a great time we went there and was told we had to wait an hour we walked out & the manager call us back in & said he had some room for us to play & we thank him for that he was very accommodating everything was cool

Nice bowling alley in the area. This place has a lot of lanes. As the alley was getting busier, new customers were being crowded lane to lane while the other end of the facility was empty. I would've like a little "space" instead of the "crowding" of one end of the facility.
It was very easy to find a ball to use with all of them sizes being grouped together instead of having to go find one.
Good prices on buckets of Bud Light.

This place is severely run down.. a lot of the lanes don t work right. The bathrooms are filthy and the place is insanely overpriced. I am never coming back.

There website shows that they open at 9 am on Saturday we went there and they was closed sign on the building says they open at 11

I have not bowled in years, was a great experience. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Nice and clean. Good environment. We will be going back soon

Nice family bowling alley. Good food. Enjoy that they DON'T have TVs and you can just enjoy bowling.

They would not honor their prices listed on the website and when I arrived with 20 people they said they had signs posted for 2 weeks inside the bowling alley and that they did not need to honor their website. Needless to say we will never be coming back as I am a huge believer in customer service and they have none.

I have been coming here for awhile with no problem but tonight I had the best customer service EVER! Gabe and Dana went above and beyond for us! Just reminded me why I love coming here

Long story short....their security team/person is EXTREMELY RACIST! The security-guard ask the 4 of us to show/present our Id's. (The bartender did his job by checking before our pitcher of beer) The "officer" haha....only asked our Asian-Amercian friend for all of the information on his license. We called him out and almost got kicked out because we stood up for the injustice. On our way out he(Security-guard) did apologize because we complained to Management.

I will NOT be returning to this establishment. Hertiage needs to accept ALL customers.

I have been coming here for many years off and on. The place could definitely use a face lift but overall it is still a decent place to visit on occasion. We had a kids birthday party here yesterday and it was a good experience. All of the kids had a great time. The pricing is reasonable and fair.

Came here because we signed up for free kids bowling, as it is my youngest sons birthday. Had a tournament going on and said all the lanes were taken. But the wonderful manager said they would set us up with a lane at the very end. God bless!!

Expensive food and drinks. When I called up there I was quoted a much cheaper price but ended up paying 20.00 more than what was quoted. Couldn't pick our lane. Was told I would pay per game rate but ended up paying per hour

Horrible experience! Bad service. Never having another birthday party here.

When we first got there the balls kept getting stuck and they had to continue to retrieve them for us but after that it was a very good time. Staff was nice and understanding

I love the people here. Most of them worked at 66 bowl before that closed and they are still some of the nicest people I've met. The lanes are well kept and the pricing Is fair.

Facility was clean, the staff friendly and helpful, and the food was good..

Great place to take the family for a few hours. Lanes and shoe rental were $10. A pitcher of soft drinks was $4. If you want to go bowling I recommend you check this place out.

Probably the best bowling deal in the metro for serious and recreational bowlers alike may be found here on Friday and Saturday nights, at $17.3-something for up to four hours. They've just, in the last year or so, upgraded from the 1981 scorers to something much more up-to-date and sleek, the house balls are of good quality (if you don't bring yours), and the pins are in great condition. The food is a cut above in my opinion, and drink specials are good. And the place is clean.

Playing was actually fun, they played some kpop songs and I was really excited

What a great place. I completed in a fundraising tournament. The lanes were real good. The staff is very friendly. Guess I just like the place because this is the only place I've ever picked up the 7-10 split.

My son and grandson bowl Tuesday night league there and we go and watch . Nice bowling alley and friendly people.

Just drive to the Edmond bowling alley, this one is nasty

Bowling is great. Staff could use better organization and management. They are everywhere but where they should be. Had to keep getting the bar tender from the lanes so I could get drinks for my family.

This is a great place to bring the family, friends, or even just by yourself to blow off some steam or take your mind off the stress of everyday life.... The lanes are very well kept too. Not too slick, but not too sticky either
